Perfect for our needs whilst visiting Rotterdam for the North sea jazz festival.

A lovely quiet neighborhood somewhat out of the centre but easily accessible with the very efficient Dutch public transport. The house had everything required for a short or lengthy stay. A the end of the road there is a lovely park with some random highland cattle in it, and loads of bird life. A very pleasant stay and our host was very responsive and considerate.

We had a great time in this place. It seems to be a typical Duch house with lots of character but is also well equipped and has everything you need during your stay. The highlight for us was the huge windows, a cozy and quiet neighborhood, the beautiful nature reserve nearby, shops within walking distance and not a tourist in sight, Also, pet friendly and the host was very communicative and helpful with special requests

Ideal place for a week-long stay

The place is really great. We had almost everything we need: sufficient kitchen utensils, oven, washing machine, clothes dryer, washing detergent, hangers... we have everything you need to make it like at home. The host replies swiftly for any questions/problems we have, no matter in advance or during the stay.

The water heater uses gas, so the temperature isn't as consistent as an electric one. The clothes dryer isn't very efficient. Also it would be nice to have oven gloves. The neighborhood is quiet but the sound of flights are loud around 7am and 4pm.

The house was very clean, beds comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The area is pleasant and peaceful, with shops and restaurants in walking distance.

nice family home with easy access driving to towns

was easy location for everywhere we wanted to travel to. parked on the street and didn’t have to pay. all facilities in the house were all there to use. host was extremely attentive and friendly. quiet area and felt safe.

stairs were narrow and steep but we got used to them.

An enjoyable stay in a charming home, within easy distance of central Rotterdam

This is a well appointed and equipped property within a short walk of the metro/tram lines., situated in a nice, leafy neighbourhood.

The perfect option if you're in town for a long weekend. Felt like home away from home, 10/10!

The house was much bigger than expected and had all the amenities we needed for the weekend and more! The property was spotless upon arrival and having a garden to relax in was also a nice added bonus. The beds were super comfy and the we had more than enough space for 4 people. Transport into the centre of Rotterdam was easy and cost efficient, taking only 10/15 minutes by Uber or 20 minutes on the tram, with the nearest stop being just around the corner. Timo was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in town for the Rotterdam marathon again!

The nearest supermarket was about a 10 minute walk, which was the only downside to the property. Also would have been nice to have a second key, as we were a group of 4 and split off during the weekend. Other than that, was the ideal stay :)

NO ES UNA CASA APTA PARA ALQUILAR

Estaba todo sucio, descuidado y viejo. La nevera apenas enfriaba (el propietario vino a chequearlo y alquiló una pequeña), la tostadora completamente oxidada, los muebles rotos, el jardín no se podía usar de lo sucio que estaba, los armarios con baldas astilladas. Necesita una reforma integral y limpieza. Menos mal que pude cancelar parte de mi estancia y buscar otro lugar donde alojarme. Al menos el propietario aceptó a hacerme la devolución pero luego me increpó por teléfono porque le había dejado las toallas usadas en el suelo del lavadero para que supiera que eran para lavar. Y también me echó en cara que le había hecho alquilar una nevera innecesariamente cuando él personalmente había comprobado que no funcionaba y yo tuve que tirar un montón de comida porque no iba bien el electrodoméstico. En resumen una experiencia para olvidar.
