Stylish apartment with comfy beds.

The host sent us great instructions to enter the property as he wasn't able to meet us as we wanted to check in early. He allowed us to check in early as the apartment was free the day before which was super helpful. The apartment is stylish with comfy beds, nice kitchen and modern bathroom. It is up a steep staircase so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Cozy, convenient, clean and comfortable!

The host was exceptionally friendly, gave very clear instructions on how to get inside, allowed us to check in and leave our bags early and adjust arrival time, and also checked in with us during our stay to ask if we needed anything. The apartment was quiet, comfortable, very clean, all kitchen and toiletry necessities available, warm lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The beds had light and handy electricity outlets. Right next to the tram line - commute around the city was very easy. There was a folder with a bunch of useful information about the apartment and surrounding area. The doors used a chip instead of a key which added some extra convenience!

A quiet lock-up-and-go haven in a vibrant part of Rotterdam.

Modern, everything you need, lock up and go apartment. It was brand spanking clean, the host amicable and talkative. Super working wifi. What more can one wish for.

All was fine. If one has to complain, then maybe that the kitchen is built for giants. The shelves are placed a bit high for me (shortie…)

A 2 pas d'un arrêt de tram, logement parfait pour 2 nuits aux abords de Rotterdam ! Lits spacieux et calme.

Montée de l'escalier un peu raide, surtout délicat à la descente.

Magnifique

J’ai tout aimé. C’était propre et parfait. Je n’ai rien trouvé de mauvais. Les toilettes étaient propres, la cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut. Bien aéré l’appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut en cas de chaleur. Proche du centre ville, à pied ou en voiture. Le tramway juste sur la rue. Un appartement à recommander. L’internet au top.

Tout ! De la réactivité et flexibilité de Tim à l’appartement fonctionnel et très joliment décoré. C’était parfait ! À proximité en tram du centre ville. Supermarché non loin, et une localisation trop top pour mon premier marathon :)

Basic διαμονή

Φαίνεται ότι είναι ανακαινισμενο δλδ νέα υλικά στο διαμέρισμα και κουζίνα σχεδόν πλήρης. Είναι πολύ κοντά σε στάση του τραμ οπότε είναι εύκολη η μετακίνηση

Όλο το σπίτι έχει μόνο ένα κάδο για απορρίμματα και αυτός είναι στο μπάνιο και είναι και πολύ μικρός, όλο το άλλο σπίτι δεν έχει άλλο κάδο. Η κουρτίνες είναι πολύ λεπτές και το πρωί ξυπνάς απο το φως της μερας και αν εχει ήλιο ακομα χειρότερο, πρέπει να μπει κουρτίνα blackout (μη μου πείτε να κλείνουμε τις πόρτες από τα δωμάτια γιατί είναι σαν να κοιμάσαι σε φέρετρο). Επίσης κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε είναι ότι η τουαλέτα είναι κολλητά με την κουζίνα (μια πόρτα τα χωρίζει) με ότι συνεπάγεται αυτό. Οι σκάλες είναι αρκετά επικίνδυνες (είναι απότομες), αν έχεις βαλίτσες και γενικά πολλά πράγματα θα πρέπει να είσαι αρκετά γυμνασμένος για να τα καταφέρεις και πολύ προσεκτικός για ατύχημα. Πρέπει να αλλαχθούν οι μπαταρίες από τα τηλεκοντρόλ των ανεμιστήρων‐φωτισμων των δωματίων, γιατί πατάς να ανοίξουν και μετά δεν κλείνουν πάρα μόνο αν βάλεις τις μπαταρίες από άλλο τηλεκοντρόλ (πχ της τηλεόρασης). Η καθαριότητα ήταν μέτρια προς κακή, καταλαθος μου έπεσε το ρολόι κάτω και όταν εσκυψα να το πάρω τρόμαξα από τις μπάλες σκόνης που υπήρχαν. Προτάσεις για βελτίωση είναι να βάλουν οπωσδήποτε πιστολάκι για στέγνωμα μαλλιών και παντόφλες για να μετακίνησε μέσα στο διαμέρισμα αφού δεν κάνετε σχολαστικη καθαριότητα.
