Good for the price, but could be noisy in the weekend

Located right in the center of the city, tidy

Awful state of the property and staff could not care less

Good location to local transport.

Where to begin, we arrived at the property 50 mins before check in as we were sent the keys, to find the cleaner with the door open and the room was not cleaned, which was fine as it wasn’t our check in time. So we returned at 3pm to find no progress, the room was a state. After 40 minutes (3:40pm) we needed to shower so we asked the cleaner to come back another day (he never did), I got ill after this stay. Upon complaining after the stay, the Operations Supervisor replied this “These things can happen; we see no reason to financially compensate a guest for waiting just a bit after check-in time. We have humans working for us – they too deserve some grace while delivering the apartments in great quality for the guests.” Would they keep the same mentality if you were to check out later? Awful experience and I honestly could not recommend you more to avoid this place.

Comfortable, well located (but noisy) apartment.

Great location and apartment. Easy access to other parts of town and local shops, bars, restaurants.

Located adjacent to a bar with loud music playing until midnight or beyond. Some hand soap in the bathroom would have been excellent.

Great location, basic apartment.

Location is great! Apartment was spacious and relaxed. Sofa bed in the living room was easy and good.

Very basic. No soap, shampoo, cloths, plastic bags for toilet bucket. Door handle to toilet fell and coffee machine was faulty. We stayed Monday through Thursday, and the Thursday night noise form the bar next door was insanely loud, pulsing party beats and shouting until midnight.

Really disappointing

Location was ok

There were holes from cigarettes in the sofa, the smell within the building was disgusting and I didn’t deem it acceptable for myself and my baby to stay in. We booked somewhere else, almost immediately and did not stay at museum park apartments. The key didn’t work when we came back to collect our stuff.

Disappointing, dirty and dangerous. The windows could not be locked properly. Seriously dangerous.

The place is falling apart and seriously dangerous. Windows could not be locked securely. Children will be in danger. 30-40 foot drop. Wallpaper hanging off the walls. Staircase is dangerous without proper handrails. Cobwebs, used bandaid plasters under the bed. Filthy bed setee. Shocking.

Not perfect, but very good overall

The studio apartment was clean, tidy, surprisingly large, and the location was convenient for general sightseeing. It was also good to have access to laundry facilities and a well-provisioned kitchen for self-catering. Everything worked well. Despite being located next to a bar (open Wed-Sun), the apartment was generally quiet and I slept well. Communication with the property managers was good, and I bumped into the cleaning guy a few times and he was friendly and helpful. I suppose the real test is whether I would stay there again, and yes I probably would.

I think the apartment is due for an inventory check as I didn't need five chopping boards and two potato peelers, but I would have appreciated some dish-washing liquid and some soap in the bathroom. It wasn't a problem for me, but others might find the stairs challenging as they are very steep. As others have noted, having to install an app on my phone to unlock the door was annoying, particularly as I arrived late at night and was stressed about gaining entry (in the end, everything was fine).

Very nice central location apartment

You get an email with digital keys, very user friendly. Apartment is big, and very nicely furnished. Location is absolutely amazing.

Some small things could be improved: provide soap in the bathroom, fix the bathroom handle (already mentioned in other reviews), fix the curtains in the living room which are partially detached.

Better communication with guests needed

I arrived from Australia and whilst in the air the hotel wrote there was a digital key only for the entrance, when on my Booking.com email it said I could request a physical key. The problem was I didn't have roaming on my phone. Later when there was a blackout in the building, it was very difficult for all the guests to phone the owners- they weren't answering the emergency phone number they had listed for some hours- so with a digital only key we couldn't leave our rooms...until the electricity was back on some hours later.

Amazing stay

It's a cute apartment with everything included communication with staff was great location is absolutely great very tranquil and peaceful had everything thing one can need good bath/shower kitchenette and private loved it bed was comfy pillows were absolutely great thank you looking forward to come again towels were provided for the whole stay which is fantastic thank you

Well all was good but maybe give it some maintenance and a better clean up there were webs at the lights and window wasn't really clean but maybe I am a clean freak please take bit care cause it's a shame to let it go

Perfect loaction, but apartment need some urgent renovation

We loved the location of the apartments and the fact that is was spacious and well equipped

There were no windows that worked and we had to keep it open with a glass. There was a fan in the room, but it was still stuffy and hot. They did offer a 1-night refund, as they explained they were busy renovating the flats. I personally would close that unit for bookings until the windows are fixed.

Spacious Apartment in a Central Location

Great location, super spacious apartment, very friendly service when I called for an early check-in.

The bathroom sink seemed to be a bit clogged, or was just not running through properly. It was also quite hot, and one of the fans was not working.

Short but enjoyable trip

The location was perfect, easy to get to the supermarket and shopping centre.

I went with my mother and aunt who are older so they struggled a bit with the stairs as we were on the top floor.

Overall good experience

The studio flat is in a good location, nice to have a fridge, kettle etc. Dining table also nice. Nice shower. Beds OK- can be double or 2 singles. Great system with digital keys.

Small tweaks would make this a great place rather than just adequate. Hooks or rail for towels, give guests more than one towel (the smaller ones got wet quickly and there's nowhere to hang them). Perhaps a rail (we were amused by the hangers in the cupboard but nowhere to hang them, and the iron but no ironing board). A chopping board in the kitchen - it isn't easy to cook fresh food here. Better pillows (they were lumpy). Other guests threw cans over the fence in front of the window. Perhaps a sign to tell them not to do that? Finally, I'm not sure how to rate staff as we didn't actually see or speak to anyone during our stay. We could certainly hear what might have been cleaners early in the mornings! They didn't enter our flat though.

Close to train station and tram. Comfortable bed and sofabed

The apartment had the window in front of the street and did not have windows that close properly, people would sit and smoke and all the smell and noise would come in the apartment. We could barely sleep in the nights that we were there

Cosy place to crash

Great value for money if you will be travelling most of the time and just crashing at night. Easy to heat the rooms if needed. Good shower pressure. Highly convenient location, pretty much a straight walk from Rotterdam Centraal Station.

The TV is quite outdated and could not handle functions such as casting. The drainage in the shower was quite poor.

Comfy but felt like we should be careful where we’re seating and what we’re touching.

Digital key was nice even some times it was not fully functional. View from the top floor though was quite good. A lot space for three people.

Dirty floor, coffee machine was so dirty we wouldn’t even touch it. Stains in the coffee chair and couch wasn’t a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately the apartment is above some restaurants and the smell when we arrived was terrible. We had to keep the windows closed throughout the day. We thought we booked the apartment with the backyard but it turns out they’ve put us in the top floor. Keep an eye out of this if you have preferences.

The location of the apartment is great, but the apartment itself was a disappointment.

Great location. Great communication with the staff, they were very nice and they said that the property would be renovated soon.

The shutters were broken, the window did not stay up because the mechanism was broken. Especially because it was very hot, not being able to open the window was really annoying. In the bathroom there was no place to put our toiletries and towels. The light in the bedroom was broken, but the staff exchanged it on the second day. We were able to see another room our friends had booked, which was so much better in comparison.

Spacious Central Rotterdam Location

Great location! First time for us visiting Rotterdam, plenty of attractions and restaurants close by, whilst we were on a higher floor we still had peace and quiet. Spacious apartment with all amenities needed for a short stay in the city. Bonus of a bathtub and also washing machine and dryer in hallway, which were all very appreciated for a stay with little people! Stellar customer service & communication regarding digital entry to property. Definitely would recommend and return!

Disappointing

The location is great (but of course its loud there at night but thats normal in this area) Staff were quick to response and were nice.

The place was really really dirty. Still hairs in the shower. Weird smell in the bedroom. The foot of the fan was complete broken so when I turned it on it fell to the floor! but still they kept it in the apartment instead of just changing it. The walls in the bedroom had stains from I don’t know what and I don’t want to know.

Classy apartment in the centre of Rotterdam.

The apartment was very clean and modern inside. Plenty of room. The location in Central Rotterdam was superb! Close to Old and New Binnenweg and Wittestraat areas packed with bars and restaurants. Not far from Centraal Station, the Market Hall and the Cube Houses.

It wasn't anybodies fault but it got a bit humid at night due to the freakish hot weather during our stay. The stairs were a bit of a climb but you do have to expect that in the Netherlands. My friend and I were OK because we're both able bodied.

Disappointing

Location was good.

The rooms didn't look like the pictures. There were stains on the walls. Everything seemed a bit worn. There is no ventilation or windows that can be opened in the bathroom/toilet. Also no socket for hair dryer etc. Also, the toilet seat was loose so it moved when seated. The heating didn't work. It took several phone calls before it was partially repaired. The radiator in the living room continued not to work until we left. We were on the top floor and even with the windows closed there was a lot of noise from the street below, difficult to sleep.
