Prima verblijf! Top locatie!

De locatie en de ruimte.

Het was niet heel schoon. De borden en pannen heb ik opnieuw afgewassen en er lag best wat vuil op de grond.

Het was goed vertoeven in Rotterdam

De ligging van het appartement en de ruimte in de kamer. Ligt super centraal, restaurants en bars om de hoek

Vitrage voor het raam kon niet dicht. In de badkamer klapte de wastafel uit elkaar. Echt heeeeel vervelend. De wc bril zit los, dus was oppassen geblazen.

Insgesamt, war der Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Die Lage. Die Wohnung liegt sehr Zentral und alles ist Fußläufig erreichbar.

Der Vermieter meinte, dass man sich jeder Zeit melden kann. Eine Antwort gab es auf Fragen nicht.

Limpio pero descuidado

La ubicación

No había armarios y el único colgador para la ropa no se sostenía con ropa. No había ningún trapo de cocina. Poco papel higiénico para 3 personas. El water no tenía tapa. El cajón del mueble del baño se caía al abrirlo. Toalla muy pequeña y sólo una por persona.

Funcional i cèntric, però lluny del que prometia com a “luxós”.

La ubicació

No estava gaire net. L’anunci descriu l’apartament com a “luxós”, però de luxós en té ben poc. És funcional i cèntric, això sí, però el bany es trobava en un estat irregular i el terra estava brut i enganxós quan vam arribar. Tampoc hi havia ni tan sols una ampolla d’aigua de cortesia. La finestra estava mig desmuntada de manera que es podia obrir des de fora i passava fred. No és, en absolut, el que jo entenc per un allotjament de categoria.

Prima ruim verblijf, goed toegankelijk aan een drukke straat

Ruime kamer, bedden waren prima. Fijn dat er een keukentje aanwezig was met waterkoker en koffiezetapparaat (cups), badkamer was netjes.

Communicatie met eigenaar. Ik wilde een parkeerplaats erbij reserveren (stond vermeld op de pagina dat dit mogelijk was), maar het lukte niet goed om dit af te spreken waardoor ik meer geld kwijt was om te parkeren. Het appartement, ligt naast een drukke uitgaansgelegenheid. Midden in de nacht werd er aangebeld door mensen die in Het appartementcomplex moesten zijn, maar niet binnen konden. Daar kan de eigenaar natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden als je boekt. Je kunt last hebben van rondhangende stappende mensen. Daarnaast was het een beetje gek dat er 1 glasgordijn flink beschadigd was (half afgescheurd).

Bon séjour dans un appartement très bien situé. Les quelques points négatifs n’ont pas terni le séjour.

L’établissement est très proche de la station de métro et très proche du centre de Rotterdam. Beaucoup de visites peuvent se faire à pied à partir de l’appartement. Les lits sont confortables.

Il n’y avait que 2 fourchettes, les couettes sont un peu petites. Il manque le couvercle des toilettes et le tiroir de la commode de la salle de bain est défectueux. Nous aurions également aimé avoir un torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.
