Excellent option in the centre of Rotterdam.
Very central. Warm, well equipped, clean and modern.

Nice Appartment in the centre of Rotterdam.
A really spacious and modern appartment in the heart of Rotterdam.
Well equiped and comfortable, ideal for a three or four days stay. There's a supermarket across the canal and transportation at Blaak Square, just 10 minutes away.
Bedrooms were nice but with an odd distribution. Beds are too small and with narrow space between the wall and the bed.
That's the only con of the appartment.

❌🤮🚫Nightmare Stay! Avoid This Place at All Costs!

My experience with this accommodation was a complete disaster from the very beginning. The day before my trip, my apartment was moved from Jufferstraat 10 to Westesingel 321, which was already starting to cause frustration. While I understand that unforeseen events sometimes occur, the lack of communication and the last-minute change were a bad start.
Unfortunately, things only got worse when I arrived at my assigned apartment. The first thing that hit me was a horrible smell of feces that seemed to emanate directly from the shower. It was unbearable and made it impossible to feel comfortable or clean in the space.
In addition to the smell, the facilities were in very poor condition. The toilet seat was broken, which is unacceptable in any accommodation. The furniture had obvious stains, giving a feeling of dirt and neglect. And to top it all off, the sheets were visibly stained and gave off a foul odor, making sleeping an unpleasant experience.
The tranquility and privacy were nonexistent. The noise from parties in other apartments constantly invaded the space, making it impossible to rest or relax. To make matters worse, the heat was unbearable, and there was no way to relieve it, which made the nights even more difficult.
As if that weren't enough, privacy was conspicuous by its absence. There was a camera directly above my apartment door, and I noticed employees constantly wandering the hallways, watching and monitoring. I felt watched at all times, which is incredibly uncomfortable and a violation of privacy. Three days before our arrival, they asked us to vacate for breaking a rule—which was false because we read all the rules and it wasn't true—and our money wasn't refunded!
In short, from the last-minute change to the appalling conditions of the apartment and the complete lack of privacy, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place under any circumstances.

Très bien situé et confortable, mais aucune considération pour les visiteurs, juste du business.
J'ai souhaité déposé mon bagage deux heures avant l'heure prévue pour le check in et la réponse de l'hôte a été de vouloir me faire payer 25 € additionnels. Pas très sympa !!!

Fijn appartement maar ik boek nooit meer bij Alphabet
A locatie, prachtig nieuw ruim appartement.
Het contact met Alphabet Apartments. Ik had maanden geleden via Booking.com geboekt. Een paar dagen voor aanvang van de reis kreeg ik heel veel Engelstalige mails. Ik moest mijn gegevens doorgeven en wederom creditcard gegevens invullen voor de borg. Ik kreeg maar geen toegangscode voor de entree van het appartement gemaild tot een paar uur voor aanvang van onze trip i.p.v. 2 dagen voor aanvang van de trip. Verder was het contact centrum van Alphabet Apartments telefonisch onbereikbaar! Dus verblijf was prima, maar de 48 uur voorafgaand aan het inchecken vond ik ronduit onzeker en slecht.

Die Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war hervorragend. Trotz Zentrumslage absolut ruhig. Kommunikation mit der Vermietung top. Alle Fragen wurden zeitnah beantwortet. Check in und Check out sehr bequem Dank Türcode.
