This place was a complete nightmare from the very beginning.
Upon arrival, the building access code provided didn’t work, and after calling the host, we were sent to a completely different street than the one listed in our reservation.
When we finally entered the apartment, we found unbelievable dirt and neglect – filthy doors, a clogged sink with brown residue, black hair all over the floor, and dirty tiles and surfaces.
The bed was full of hair and body hair, with visible stains on the sheets and blood on the pillow. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed after previous guests and that the apartment had not been properly cleaned for a long time.
At 1 a.m., I had to take an Uber to another apartment to personally collect clean bedding, because the host was unable to provide even basic hygiene standards.
This absurd situation cost me 25 EUR for the taxi and two hours of my time in the middle of the night.
We even found broken glass in the carpet, which is extremely dangerous and proves that no proper cleaning had been done at all.
Despite repeated promises that the issue would be resolved and that we would receive compensation, nothing has been refunded to this day — no refund, no compensation, no taxi reimbursement.
The management now ignores all my recent attempts to contact them, which makes the whole situation even more unacceptable.
I’ve been traveling for more than 30 years and have never experienced such a disgusting, unprofessional, and irresponsible approach.
This apartment is a complete disgrace, and I strongly advise everyone to stay away.

Generally Recommended
Location was very good, easily reachable by car or public transport. The area was nice and quiet at night. The apartment was quite big and overall comfortable. Checkin was simple.
Overall the apartment was not very clean, rooms and shelves were dusty. I was not comfortable sharing payment details for the deposit through third party links.

The bathroom was kind of a mess, water leaked everywhere from the shower and the sink is wayyyy too narrow, but it really didn’t bother us that mich, we just needed to be a little more careful

Pleasant stay in clean apartment.
It had all the amenities that you needed. It was clean and tidy.
The joining instructions - as they have several properties, I had taken the booking.com address and not latest address. It was at a different place. Also not aware you had to use the same code for 2 doors.
Also couldn’t find traditional British tv stations - probably my lack of technical skills!

Handy place to stay well located and managed, no lift
Nice airy apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds, good location, 10 minute walk to Rotterdam station, coffee machine and pods provided.
Apartment is up 6 flights of stairs, no lift, (not mentioned), no aircon, no parking, silly rectangular bathroom sink, impossible to have a wash, noise from the local ‘boy racers’ at night showing off like peacocks

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Check-in and checkout was done on without meeting anyone and was very easy.

The initial property that we booked was nice but on arrival there was no electricity in bedrooms and bathroom and there was no water. Could not take shower
Because of issues with hot water and lack of electricity we had to move to different accommodation at the other side of the town. Requested partial refund and cover for uber but this is so far ignored by management. Person helping over weekend was very helpful but management did not bother to contact me about my partial refund request.

Only code needed. Interesting area / district. Clean. Sitting outside at the front door / on the balcony in complete silence and watching the sun go down. Very quick response to service requirements.

Die Dachterrasse war super. Man kann schön draußen sitzen und die Sonne genießen.
Die Lage war nicht ganz so schön. Man hat zwar keinen weiten Weg bis zur Innenstadt zu Fuß, und es gab auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber das Klientel auf den Straßen hat uns etwas unwohl fühlen lassen.

Fijn appartement in Rotterdam
Het was een mooi en ruim appartement. Het was heel proper en net en de bedden waren opgemaakt. Er waren ruim voldoende handdoeken. Er was een fijn terras aan. De kamers waren ruim en er was voldoende kastruimte. De kamers aan de terras zijde waren ook stil. Het was op wandelafstand van het centrum en het centraal station. Er waren voldoende eetgelegenheden in de buurt en ook een supermarkt.
Aan de straatkant was s avonds wel veel lawaai zodat daar met het raam open slapen geen optie was.

Heerlijk om van hieruit al fietsend door Rotterdam te gaan.
Locatie was perfect. Fietsen meegenomen en die konden we mooi in de hal beneden parkeren. Lekker terras waar we ruim konden zitten.
Leuke kroeg om de hoek met Chouffe biertjes bij café de Bel.
De bedden waren niet allemaal even breed. 1 kamer met 160 cm bed en de andere kamers met een 140 cm bed. In 1 slaapkamer hingen geen gordijnen, maar omdat wij die kamer niet nodig hadden hebben wij daar geen last van gehad.
De woonkamer leek op de foto groter dan in werkelijkheid, maar ook hier konden we prima zitten met z’n vieren.

Tout était absolument parfait !!! Super appartement avec de grandes pièces et une belle terrasse. Vraiment très propre et accueillant. Bien placé. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Incroyable pour une ville comme Rotterdam où il est si difficile de se loger. Réactivité au top à chaque fois que nous avons communiqué (WhatsApp). Tout était parfait ! Nous venons régulièrement à Rotterdam et nous gardons précieusement cette adresse pour les prochaines fois.

Todo perfecto! A 20 minutos caminando de la estación central. Mi familia y yo tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, éramos 6. Tuvimos un problema con las ventanas y vinieron a arreglarlo con rapidez. Calidad precio muy recomendable.

Probléma volt a szállásra bejutással, de a személyzet segítőkész volt telefonon és gyorsan megoldódott a szállás elfoglalása. A szállás viszonylag közel található a központhoz, tömegközlekedés is pár perc sétára van. Élelmiszerbolt közvetlenül a háztömbben található.
A ház címe kicsit félrevezető volt: a kapott emailben pontosan ott volt a jó cím, de félrevezető volt, hogy a booking.com oldalon és applikációban más cím szerepelt. A lakásban több szépséghiba található, wc ülőke nincs rendesen rögzítve, a kések életlenek, a serpenyő nem használható az indukciós főzőlappal, kávés bögrék piszkosak voltak. mosogatógép büdös volt.
