    We stayed in a 4-person room and encountered several issues. Upon opening the balcony door, we found the floor covered in cigarette butts. The bathroom drain was also extremely slow during showers, and the bathtub was very slippery. There was no electric kettle in the room. To make matters worse, we experienced a heatwave, and the provided fan was not enough to keep us cool. We brought our own travel adapter, but we couldn't use it because it was square, whereas the hotel’s wall sockets were recessed and circular, making it impossible to plug in. Arriving in the middle of the night, we had to buy a compatible one from the vending machine just to charge our phones. We later realized the bunk beds had built-in USB ports, but the double bed only had those recessed sockets with no USB options. On the bright side, the breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices, and the location is highly convenient, being very close to the railway station.

    Even though I already made a complaint about poor water drainage issue to evening and morning shift receptionist, both of them didn’t make any further action. We keep using the new mattress cover to absorb the excessive water pour outside.
