    This hotel was the cheapest option for a family of four during North Sea Jazz Festival (when hotel rates are about double the normal rates). We expected a room with two bunk beds but received one with a double bed and one bunk bed, which suited us better. All beds were very comfortable. Bathroom good. The hotel lacks air conditioning, and the room fan provided only helped a little during a hot spell. Breakfast (vegetarian) is 16euro and I’m afraid the selection offered was not great compared with the Dutch breakfast available in other hotels. One lift was out of service, the other was rather slow, but as we were only two floors up we used the stairs. All staff we encountered were friendly and professional. Might stay again in cooler months.

    Location is in walking distance from Rotterdam Central Station. Reception staff can be more polite. The aircon is down for the whole building for our stay for 2 days. One lift is out of order. The tv is not working but it is fixed after we give feedback. One maintenance guy is kind enough to offer us a fan. We appreciate this person's help. We hope Teleport hotel management will get this feedback and to work on and improve for future visitors. Thank you.
