Great place to stay, in a good location.

We were greeted with a very friendly welcome. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the area was quiet, so we had a good night's sleep. Having the kitchen was a bonus, it looked well equipped. We didn't cook there, but made our breakfast. Although the shower room is very small, it was very clean. The shower was very warm too. The location was so convenient for us. There are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. We were able to walk to Rotterdam Centraal Station and into the city. Also our family live within walking distance too.

The shower room sink is very small and only has cold water.

Cosy Place to Stay

I stayed at this apartment during a 4-day holiday (July 14 - 18) and had a great experience overall. The location is convenient—just about 8 minutes' walk to the nearest tram stop, which made getting around easy. The apartment itself is excellent and well-suited for couples. Both the bathroom and kitchen are private, which added to the comfort and privacy of the stay. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, though it's worth noting that the oven wasn't working during my stay (it's got a tag " NOT IN USE"). On a brighter note, there's a lovely garden at the back of the apartment, perfect for relaxing outdoors. All in all, a comfortable and cozy place to stay, with just a few things to keep in mind.

One downside was the WiFi—it was quite poor, to the point where I had to use mobile data instead. Hopefully, that gets improved in the future.

Never ever again

It was a quiet place. The bed was quiet comfy but for our personal preference to soft. It have a nice "garden"

Besides of the room, it was the most terrible experience ever, we can‘t unterstand the positive reviews. First off all, we communicated via chat with Maria that we met at 03:00 pm at the appartment to check in. We were there but nobody came. we called the Host Maria but her mobile phone was turned off, we directly got connected to her voicebox. 03:40 pm an old lady arrived. The lady didn‘t speak english, we couldn‘t communicate with her and she didn‘t even know our names and if we are the people for the appartment. We tryed to talk to her with an translater via our mobile phone but she didn’t unterstand this either. After 20-30 minutes of trying to unterstand and talking to the old lady , she finally gives us the keys for the apparment. The moment we thought about changing the Hotel was as we discouvered that we couldn‘t lock our appartment properly, only the sleeping room and also just with a 2€ key from the Hardware Store or something. The bathroom and the kitchen was public area. Someone is renting the appartment upstairs. As far as we are aware nobody entered our area but we can‘t be sure. Many things aren‘t as descriped as it is on booking.com! As example there was no hairdryer, thats a no Go. My girlfriend has long hair and the temperatures outside were not warm so she had to wait nearly 2 hours in the apartment until her hair was fully dried. The apartment wasn‘t as descriped in the ground floor, there were stairs . Also the photos online showed a stove but it was defect. throughout the stay Maria never called as back or answered Booking.com(we called them to complain about the whole situation). We cannot recommend this B&B.

Very good

Washing machine was a plus. Kitchen nice to have. Was like a small apartment with a small back yard. Marie gave us some laundry soap and a jar of mayonaise. Quiet neighborhood.

Was warm inside so needed to ask for a fan which was provided. The property was not clearly marked as address was hidden by plant life. Not much in the way for restaurants or stores.

A private room in a house near the centre.

A clean and quiet room in a residential area of the city, with an adjacent kitchen, good for a short stay for one or two people, friendly and helpful host.

Off the centre but it's okay to walk and there are cafes and restaurants on the way, otherwise everything was good.

Comfortable and clean

Bed was comfortable. There was a kitchen and beautiful backyard. Sitting area to eat. Adjustable tv wall mount.

The pillows were too soft. Room was a bit too cold.

Disappointment

The host Neil was hospitable and pleasant to communicate with. He wanted to help as much as he could.

The temperature in the room was 17 degrees and there was no way to increase it, there is no air conditioning, and the radiator works only a little during the day. I begged for more heating, but the hosts could not help me. The toilet is miniature, the sink is 20 cm long. The internet signal is weak and you cannot make a phone call using Viber or whatsapp using it.

This is a great base for exploring Rotterdam and the Netherlands.

Bed & Breakfast Maria provided a spacious room, nice balcony, relaxing garden, well-stocked kitchen, and nice amenities. The hosts are exceptional. The property is near Rotterdam Noord NS station, Rotterdam trams, cafes, restaurants, and retail. Great value.

The perfect temporary home in the heart of Rotterdam.

I loved this place a lot. it felt like a real home. Maria is a very kind and smart Lady, she has great taste in style and decorating the place in understatement. Everything was extra clean, even the fridge was fully cleaned and to my use only- like the whole kitchen. it’s like a full equipped small Appartement with a nice terrace and with everything one needs and more. Nice and friendly place to stay!

The Host is a super nice and friendly person. The room is nice the kitchen has evthg that might be needed. Garden is nice too. I can recomend this room for stay.

Bathroom is small but it works. I had once a cold water shock for a few seconds during taking shower. 🥶 There is no Sign on the doorbell of the place.

Exceptional

Very good value for money. Perfectly clean. Everything seems new. Very comfortable bed. Own kitchen and bathroom. Location is perfect for being outside of the city center. Nearest train station is only an 8 minutes walk. Supermarket, ATM, and the tram to the center is at 3 minutes walking distance. Tram takes you to the center in 12 minutes and goes often. Walking to the center is also possible in half an hour. Host Maria was very accomodating, flexible, and friendly. Breakfast is optional, but highly recommended. Good value for money. Just have some cash on hand at some point during your stay should you opt for breakfast. All in all: would choose this option again when staying in Rotterdam.

Prima slaapkamer met keuken en douche en alle rust.

De woning bood alle rust met de ligging aan de achtertuin. Hygiene was top en alle basisbehoeften waren voor ons aanwezig. Maria was erg vriendelijk, duidelijk en behulpzaam. De tram en de supermarkt op 3 minuten lopen.

Niets te klagen.
