Cozy and comfortable studio in a good location.

Super location, 10-15 walk from the train station, on a buzzing street with bars and restaurants. Despite the size of the studio, is very comfortable and cozy with all necessities one needs for a short visit. The owner is very responsive to messages.

Cannot say that it is not to like, but one needs to be prepared to climb narrow stairs.

For this price condition too poor

Location is nice, but you have to be ready to very uncomfortable steps. Kitchen is well equipped

The soundproofing is very poor, as it's right in the center, so you'll hear all the noise from the bars. The keys to the door don't work every time, so you have to wait outside. It's quite cold, even with the air conditioning.

The property is within walking distance of many restaurants, markets, and shopping centers. Although a few things are needed, the kitchen equipment is sufficient

I was aware of the stairs beforehand, so I’m not going to complain, but it was really difficult with a small child 😆 The only thing that bothered me was that we couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air, because the bathroom ventilation was bringing in the smell of weed from the café downstairs

Stairs are brutal, but there’s nothing that can done about them. Traditional Dutch staircase that is nearly vertical.

Busy street full of plenty of food choices and bars! All that, right outside your door. Easy walk to the parks and shopping. Parking garage around the corner.

Comfy top floor

Not much noise given the busy location, just an occasional motorcycle or tram. Good central location with easy connections. Nice attic ambience with a high ceiling on top floor. Reasonably sized. A decent coffee machine and pods provided (cheapo version of Nespresso). Comfy bed. Good lighting.

Very long list of house rules with each issue involving a threat for immediate guest removal did not make me feel at all welcome. Really steep stairs with narrow steps, definitely not accessible for everybody. All the nice features may not apply to rooms in lower floors. Not exactly affordable.

Very good

The apartment is very well equipped and clean fabulous central location. Hanna and her team were fantastically accommodating. Our first unit was a loft and due the claustrophobic nature of one of us they moved us to another unit, no fuss at all. Thank you so much.

The stairs are very narrow and steep and no lift. The street has many bars and restaurants which makes getting a meal easy but the noise level is right up there.

Great place for short or longer stay in the middle of the city

Nicely located with restaurants, bars, museums, public transport and a supermarket vert near by. Everything you might need is there. airconditioning keeping the place cool. sitting area and kitchen make it appropriate for a longer stay.

Walking the stairs can be challenging for people. It’s steep and narrow and we had to go up a few floors. But it didn’t bother us, it’s just good to know. There’s street noise, but for us it is the charm of staying in the middle of the city. And if necessary free air plugs are included.

Nice place, excellent location

The location is excellent, and the place is beautiful; it’s well decorated and well stocked with everything you need. It's in a party street, and to have a drink or dance, you literally just have to go down to stairs, and you are there.

There is a 150€ caution change not mentioned on the booking page that you have to pay outside of Booking by credit card. Also, there are really, really high and steep stairs to access the apartment, so it is not so easy to go up with big luggage.
