Rotterdam's coolest apartment

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Lage ist toll für eine Stadtbesichtigung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und wirklich cool. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Wohnung war sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft wählen!

Es wäre hilfreich gewesen zu wissen, wo wir klingeln müssen bzw. wie wir ins Gebäude kommen und wo sich die Wohnung genau befindet. Beim Duschen läuft leider viel Wasser direkt von der Duschwand nach aussen auf den Boden. Die Duschwand sollte nach innen versetzt werden oder ein zusätzlicher/höherer Spritzschutz montiert werden. Zur Information für andere Mieter (für uns war dies kein Problem): Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem oberen Stockwerk. Die Koffer müssen über eine sehr steile, enge Treppe hochgetragen werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich inmitten eines Zentrums mit vielen, teils speziellen Bars und Clubs. Abends ist es daher relativ laut und könnte unangenehm sein, die Wohnung mit Kindern an diesen Bars und Clubs vorbei zu verlassen.

The apartment was absolutely brilliant. The location was perfect for bars, restaurants, shopping and so easy to get to Rotterdam Centraal station. The apartment was clean, the decor was great and despite the hot weather, it was comfortable enough due to the portable aircon and the bedrooms being at the back (away from direct sun during the daytime). The beds were very comfortable and we had no trouble sleeping. The nightlife quietens down around 11pm and didn't affect our sleep at all, as the bedrooms are at the rear away from the street. On the day we arrived, Cait was kind enough to greet us at the apartment which helped us settle in quickly. We would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again ourselves. We loved it!

Location was great and it’s a lovely spacious apartment

It was very hot! There was a heatwave so not really the apartments fault but the air con units didn’t really do the job!

Access to cafes, restaurants and public transport. Excellent shower. Super big open plan living area. Very clean and well presented

The stairs and access to the apartment door: very steep and dark - bordering on dangerous. Not for the elderly or very young children. Very noisy out at the front - going on late into the night. Bedrooms at rear peaceful but facing multi-storey car park lights were very bright. No car parking except insecure multi storey at the rear - 30Euros per day. Thieves and vandals operate in the area - my car was attacked. The cow hide rug was out off keeping with the rest of the decor and (to some) of bad taste.
