Hosts were very nice. Beds were very comfortable and clean. My only issue was that the bathroom was on the ground floor, but it was almost never busy (there was another one with toilet and sink in case the first one was busy), and it was always clean. Considering the price, we were happy with everything. Thanks again.

Me encanto la hospitalidad, la limpieza del lugar. La ducha del baño. Sale con excelente presión y agua caliente. Con mi hija, nos enamoramos de la cama. Nunca habiamos dormido en una cama tan comoda. Hemos tenido un descanso de lujo. Muchas gracias por todos los servicios. Cuando volvamos a Bruselas, seguramente nos volveremos a hospedar aqui

Relación precio y calidad muy buena

Súper limpios, nos gusto mucho que estaban limpiando el baño a cada rato, el agua caliente súper rica, estaba a 5 minutos caminando al metro. Esta rodeado de buenos lugares para comer

La distancia del metro al centro es de 30 min. 1 sola ducha para todos los huespedes de la casa pero 9 de 10 en general.

A acomodação estava muito limpa, a cama era muito confortável. O Irmão da Arlette nos recebeu muito bem. Fica bem perto do metro e da estação de trem. O lugar é uma região residencial e é bem calmo. O aquecedor estava funcionando muito bem e a água era quentinha.

Achei que o banheiro tivesse dentro do quarto, mas tem que descer uma escada.

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Zimmer sehr sauber und Bett mit 1,60 m breit genug. Die Matratze war sehr angenehm und die Gegend ist ruhig. Die Lage ist super, 7 Minuten von METRO und Bahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Zug braucht man 5 Minuten zu Brüssel-Midi/Zuid und 10 Minuten zu Brüssel-Zentral.

Es hatte mehrere Moskitos im Zimmer, ein Moskitonetz wenigstens an einem der beiden Fenster wäre gut.

O banheiro não é próximo Tem que descer escada ! Moveis da cozinha (armários) todos quebrados e velhos Utensílios da casa, alguns , bem velhos. Os proprietários moram na casa e us mesmo banheiro que os hóspedes.

Rando vélo tour de Flandre

Arlette et sa famille nous ont très gentiment accueillies. Nous étions à pied d'oeuvre pour aller dans le centre de Bruxelles, en suivant le canal. Séjour très agréable.

Nie wieder. Unfreundliche und zahlreiche Gastgeber, die die Gemeinschaftsstände oft belegen. Enge Räume. Riecht komisch.

Das Bett war gemütlich.

Das Badezimmer und die Toilette sind weit weg vom Zummer und nur erreichbar durch eine enge Treppe und das Wohnzimmer und Küche welche gerade in nachmittags und abends von mehreren Damen belegt sind. Die 4-5 Damen die in der Nachbarhaushälfte schlafen belegen das einzige Badezimmer und Toilette zusammen mit mindestens zwei anderen Gästen kommt es zu Engpässen. Bei so vielen Menschen in einem relativ kleinen Haus riechen die Gesellschaftsräume entsprechend unangenehm. Besonders freundlich sind die Gastgeberinnen auch nicht und untereinander sprechen sie in einer afrikanischen-vermutlich kongolesischen- Sprache und betrachten dabei einen so verurteilend mit ihren Blicken als hätte man nicht 45 Euro die Nacht für den Kaff gezahlt. Außerdem ist Anderlecht einfach zu weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Чистая ,просторная ,удобная кровать ,все было проветрено,свежо ,батареи так же работали ( если было б холодно ) ,предоставили полотенца ,горячая вода ,хорошая хозяйка . Я после двенадцати ночи приехала ,не могла найти дом ,не указан конкретно номер был в адресе букинга ,она встретила ,всегда была на связи ,за большущее спасибо!

Все немного старенькое ,запах соответсвующий ,скрепят полы очень ,слышимость из -за этого караул . Подушки пора заменить ,безумно не удобные . Не было номера дома указано ,по ночи ходила кругами 😔 в темноте ,страшно . Хорошо что спальный ,сравнительно тихий район .
