Living Funchal Executive

Good location really convenient to everything in Funchal.

Due to the location you can get some ambient noise.

The room was really nice and clean! Nice decorations, room had everything we needed. Location is amazing, close to the city center, very walkable. Easy check in and responsive hosts.

I locked myself out and host helped out in less than 1 hour which was great thank you! Close to Azul diving so definitely stay here and try the pizza across the street.

Everything was great, they even had laundry pods to use.

It was in a great location.

- was so hot and humid I couldn’t sleep at all and it really negatively impacted my experience in Funchal - The shower floor was not clean - The toilet seat was broken - The laundry washer didn’t come with soap, even though the host said there was some. There wasn’t, so I had to buy some. - Parking is not free and not even guaranteed, even if you’re willing to pay - No air conditioning and bad mosquito problem at night - When I asked if the host had any screens for the windows or nets or solutions to the mosquito situation, she asked if I wanted to cancel. When I said no, she suggested I just go buy repellent. If she knows there is a mosquito problem, no window screens, and no air conditioning, I think bug repellent should be included in the room. - No kitchen towels - No kitchen sponge (found a soaking wet one under the sink which I don’t understand what that’s about but it was gross) - Dirty nespresso machine (which I couldn’t wash properly bc no clean sponge) and then seemed to end up being non-functioning - All in all I think it was much too expensive for what was provided
