The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The balcony was a real plus.
No defects.

Lovely big apartment, good lighting and good area. Not too far from the town center and even from the coast . Washing machine in common area . Two balconies and lift . Couldn’t ask for a better place. Parking 7 min walk away for 5€ as on oct 2026 Cute cafés below the house ( not noisy ) and a mall opposite which has a lot of options for food and supermarket
Just perfect ! Maybe a bit pricy !

Great location, well-equipped kitchen (though the knives were very blunt!), storage, a/c, and a very helpful and responsive host - highly recommend! :)

Great location in the heart of Funchal. Fantastic supermarket 100m away. Nice poweful shower
We had stayed at two other Ivens apartments and this was well below previous standards. The price for the Vintage apartment is poor value. Poor privacy in bedroom without curtains pulled all the time. Absolutely nothing by way tea/coffee/condements etc
