Closeness to the centre. Very modern. Balcony Nice place to spend time Onsite parking.
Unable to get in to the building as we weren't given a code till we asked which was a little stressful to start with.

Modern, spacious and well furnished apartment. Location in a building attached to a mall with plenty of shops and a supermarket 2 directly next to the apartment. Close to the ocean-front and a 10 minute walk to the heart of the old town. The host was very helpful and responsive. Included parking was very convenient.
