We stayed in duplex. 2 floors. Bottom floor was a bit humid but on arrival everything was perfect. The space is huge with all needed amenities and perfect location. You even get an elevator that stops directly in your kitchen!
As mention visiting during summer the place was a bit humid.

The property is super centrally located making it easy to get to lots of the attractions in Funchal. Our apartment was spacial, clean and the balcony looked over the sea which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very responsive, and ensured everything went smoothly for us.
The elevator has a strong feet odour which was not a great first impression.

Everything was excellent. It's a great central location. As advertised, a lovely balcony view of the marina. The apartment was well equipped, modern, clean and comfortable. The messages from staff ensured we were well looked after. We appreciated the small gifts left out at our arrival.
Very little - just the noise from the main road underneath. Unfortunately previous guests had broken the fridge rack so we couldn't stand up our juice bottle (small inconvenience). Our mid-stay morning towel change didn't happen so we had to dry ourselves in wet towels that evening, but this was rectified the same evening as soon as I messaged the staff.
