FAA Belas Artes by an island apart

Clean, modern with good air conditioning and the location was good.

The door lock in the individual apartment was temperamental. However, the team were super attentive to sort any problems.

The property was modern, clean and well maintained apart from the door lock.

We had to keep the blinds closed due to the close proximity of the neighbouring properties. Lack of air conditioning - Although a fan was provided it was not sufficient for the size of room. Door lock - it took an age to unlock when leaving the property, this could have caused a serious problem if we had had to exit in an emergency. Took an age for the lock to work when we left the property to secure the room. Door lock failure - we were locked in the accommodation due to the failure of the lock , luckily this was early evening and we managed to contact the maintenance team who dealt with the situation immediately with a WhatsApp call and guidance on how to remove the lock and access the door key. Again luckily we were not in an emergency situation requiring an immediate exit.

Very clean , the bed was spacious , and the facilities were great . However , the tap had a minor leak , and the there was no parking so we had to park in a multi-storey everyday as we rented a car , it was only a 5 min walk away though .

No parking space , it’s all one space , so no privacy if you get up at different times to the person you are staying with .

Apartmen was nice and big, but there are renovations in next building, so there is a lot of noise during the day. There is also restaurant in shared patio, which can be noisy.

We were not notified about noise before booking, but after the payment was made, so there was no options to cancel the booking. If we knew about the noise we wouldn't stay here, because is was really loud, and it lasted from 8.00 to late afternoon. The doors in the shower didn't close and the door handle from apartment entrance often fell out.
