Fantastic and quiet location with excellent, safe parking facilities. Friendly and punctual host for check-in and check-out. Great communication. Superb facilities in the room.

We found the bed's mattress too firm for our personal taste - note this is entirely subjective.

Perfect location easy to find close to everything

This apartment is an excellent location with the beautiful marina and stunning views right in front of you and the city centre right behind you, the best of both worlds! The design and standard of all the fixtures and fittings and everything in the apartment is exceptionally high and feels like a home away from home with very thoughtful touches of what you might need right down to a stain remover if you accidentally spill some Madeira wine on your blouse as I did! Everything has a touch of luxury, event the hand soap and gels in the shower are high quality and smell divine. The girl, Ana, who met us personally to give us the keys and welcome us (another nice touch instead of a key box) is extremely charming and checked on us mid stay with a message to see if we needed anything or had any questions. A very professional service all round.

We didn't spend much time sitting on the sofa because we were out exploring beautiful Madeira all the time but the sofa isn´t too comfortable for sitting on. I think it is because it folds out to a cama bed but could also just be my preference for sitting is different. However the main bed is extremely high quality and comfortable and the chairs in the beautiful lookout room where I had coffee each morning, ( nice little espresso machine too) in the lovely complimentary fluffy robe were very comfortable and became my little spot to chill.
