The area was quiet and a pleasant residential area, the walk down to the town centre was so easy to follow. A good start to any visit. Very good if you come to Exeter by train an easy walk to the house. As we drove the parking was painless and walking to town a delight.
All good apart from trying to work the heating, as it was on google. If you are not good with technology it's a bit tricky.
Also the hot water took too long to heat up, this was painless for a short stay (2 days) but if longer may spoil the stay.

Quiet location. Short walk to train station or longer stroll into Exeter centre
Unfortunately the bathroom extractor fan was on constantly with no way to turn it off as the pull-switch was broken. Owner suggested fixes but these did not work. Two nights interrupted sleep as it was quite loud
