Very good as my I would book this house again when visiting Exeter again.

The area was quiet and a pleasant residential area, the walk down to the town centre was so easy to follow. A good start to any visit. Very good if you come to Exeter by train an easy walk to the house. As we drove the parking was painless and walking to town a delight.

All good apart from trying to work the heating, as it was on google. If you are not good with technology it's a bit tricky. Also the hot water took too long to heat up, this was painless for a short stay (2 days) but if longer may spoil the stay.

Mat 2025 4 night stay, 3 adults. Good value & pleasant

Location, outdoor space, parking, quiet, clean and tidy, facilities and white goods and comfortable, clean, practical, functional, good value.

Toilet seat wonky and kept moving when sat on it, shocking self and startling. Minor in scheme of things and quick fix probably. Shower fixture kept slipping down, again quick fix or cheap replacement only. Freezer had burst can of coke in guest space from previous guests and looked like "dirt" and dirty as black and gritty ice exploded all over drawer. We used top section instead and wasn't actually dirt just exploded can of coke. Otherwise clean, tidy, clear instructions and nice to have dishwasher. Some need of finer details on how to use oven maybe. I worked it out anyway and for cost really great to have use of a kitchen. TV Intructions may need a little tweaking as this was a bit unclear and fiddly when navigating. No Netflix currently. Otherwise freeview, garden space catching sun, free parking, safe, convenient clean and quiet family friendly location.

Spoiled by lack of sleep

Quiet location. Short walk to train station or longer stroll into Exeter centre

Unfortunately the bathroom extractor fan was on constantly with no way to turn it off as the pull-switch was broken. Owner suggested fixes but these did not work. Two nights interrupted sleep as it was quite loud

Enjoyable stay in Exeter. No worries, no stress

Location is close to the train station and city centre. Quiet and peaceful. Parking is easy and free. Felt very safe and sound.

Exceptional

Great location, nice walk into centre of Exeter, very quiet neighbourhood, parking in front of property, all rooms were clean & fresh, fully equipped kitchen, lots of hot water for showers, good information sheet provided. Great value for money and I am very happy to recommend to others.

Simple, clean house in Exwick

Good to only be a 15-20 minute walk from Exeter St David's. Also good to have a washing machine!

The TV had a purple/blue hue to it and we found it slightly complicated to navigate to anything on demand.

Great location and very comfortable and well presented

The house had a great finish and was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, it was easy to park and was excellently located for both Exeter city centre and the university.

Only one problem was when the smoke alarm went off and couldn't be stopped. Hosts were told and were going to fix it next day so not a serious issue

Sehr schöne Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Schöne ruhige Lage. Zentral gelegen. Mehrere kleine Geschäfte in der Nähe. Mehrere Pubs in der Nähe Sehr gemütlich.

Goggle Maps ist nicht brauchbar zum auffinden der Unterkunft. Das hat der Vermieter aber auf seiner Homepage beschrieben.
