I have stayed in this area for work previously at a different hotel that was not nearly as nice. This visit was far better than I have had previously and I plan on staying here again when I am in the area.
I did notice a few stains on the carpet and a spot on the wall in the bathroom that was kind of off putting. Apparently a previous guest had an issue with something red.

Hotel is kept clean overall which is nice. Each time we stay here the general volume of guests seems to be kept low as well which shows the hotel tends to attract considerate guests. The breakfast isn't great by any means, but considering it's included with the fair price that you pay for the hotel stay, it's palatable and meets my expectations.
Wish this continental style breakfasts could just be of a slightly better quality. The eggs are always the worst part, yet the part I'd like the most if the quality was better. I'd be happy to spend an extra $10-$15 per night if it meant the quality of the breakfast was upgraded.

The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs and concerns.
We had to change rooms because the first room had little black hairs all over the beds, and the mattress cover on the trundle bed was stained. There was also trash and a fake nail under the trundle bed. The second room had broken bedside lights, broken trim, cracked tiles in the bathroom, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The microwave did not work. For a fairly new hotel, it was disappointing to see the lack of maintenance of the property. The breakfast was mediocre. The eggs were cold, and the sausage was dry. One of the waffle makers had a broken timer. The pool is ridiculously small for the size of the hotel.
