The television doesn't work, there are no towels, and the hot tub only works for 10 minutes.

Would not stay again.

Not clean. Did not receive the welcoming staf Paid for an extra night, because of early arrival. One set of towels per person. Lack of light, half the light bulbs were not in place, one broken in bathroom.

Rented the night for the hot tub room and was hoping to relax but the hot tub was not working very well. Did not meet standards of a 2 person hot tub. One side did not work. And a few of the wall sockets for the electricity did not work either. The hot tub drained the water , as you would sit in it 233 and the refrigerator wasn't plugged in or did not work

We just wanted a safe place to spend the night. We did not feel safe at all.

We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel as we found papers for drug cutting and tape on the ceiling of the bathroom area. I don’t want to eat at a place that people are dealing drugs out of. The entire hall smelled of Pot almost as if someone in almost every room was smoking pot. The first room we were put in wasn’t even locked when we got to the room. The door was not set properly and you could not shut the door. How do you not know this? There was not something we liked.

The outside property could get cleaned up. There was trash everywhere. The smell of pot was so strong in the hallways it was disgusting. There were actual drug wrappers taped to the ceiling in the bathroom are. How do you miss that?

Jared at the front desk was amazing. The bed was comfortable.

We were given 3 rooms before we finally gave up. First room (134) the TV didn't work, so we were upgraded to a "jacuzzi room" (138), both TVs worked but the refrigerator was DISGUSTING, it smelled, had bugs, wasn't on and the smell from the refrigerator permeated the room after it was opened. 3rd room (139), only one of the 2 TVs worked (the bedroom TV), so we settled (it was getting late and we were tired). This in no way is a reflection on Jared, the night supervisor, he tried. We had hoped when we returned to the room the next day the 2nd TV would work...but it didn't. So, 3 rooms, 5 TVs, 3 worked.

There were plenty of pillows and they were so comfortable. I slept fantastic.

It was a great price for 2 nights. Location was good to everything. Breakfast was great. Staff was nice.

Our room was dusty. Nobody vacuumed. Crumbs all over the floor. There was toilet paper and kleenex and a woman maxi pad under the shelves in the bathroom. Couldn't take a bath. No stopper. There was an ice machine in the hallway with vending machines. We'll There was water all over the floor and we told 3 different people about it and nobody did anything about it. And we saw a girl washing the floor by the elevators and she didn't clean up the water. The pool area had wet towels and garbage around the pool. I noticed dust everywhere in the lobby. Someone with allergies wouldn't like it. I'm a professional cleaner and I so wanted to clean everything. There should be extra garbage bags on the trash cans so if a guest fills it up they have another one.

Nothing that place was awful Everything was dirty, and they tried to cover up the odor with it loud air freshener. The carpet was completely nasty from the doors to the bathroom to the bed. I won’t be surprised if they had bedbugs cause I was inching as soon as I entered the room.

I didn’t like anything about it. Even the pool area looked nasty.

Dirty room, very dated , barely working toilet.. coffee in room was tea bag style. Room toiletries were barely usable ( take your own if you dare to stay there). Uncomfortable beds. Stinks.

Staff lied to get me to book room. Ignoring me when the asked about who answered the phone and told me the hot tub works. Condom found in sheets and definitely bed bugs in the room I was sleeping.

I had the room with the jacuzzi and I was only able to soak in it. I didn’t know how to get the jets to work. The room was dark upon entry and there were so many random light switches in the room I didn’t know what went with what. I was too tired to call the front desk and deal with so many different issues. Then there was suppose to be breakfast included but the never put breakfast out……. And they had chips that cost $8.00

The vacuuming brought about a terrible smell to the hallways, there were stains on the mattress, even the light switches were dirty look like no one has washed a wall in there in a while needs some paint also there are chips and burn marks in the wall and window seals

A poor and sad excuse for a home away from home. Complete disappointment.

Absolutely nothing.

Complete and utter failure by the property and the manager. There was 1 staff that was helpful, but the rest told me lies that it would be handled (me expecting a refund), but alas, it wasn’t. I was only refunded the first night when all 3 were disastrous and we left early because it was so bad.

Breakfast accomindations, great options. My favorite was the juice options. I also enjoyed the Zacuzzi, which is great for muscle therapy.

The pool area was messy, and there were no towels. Kids walking around with no shoes on from pool wetting up the floors. They were in the breakfast area with no shoes on as well. The host of parties should pay more attention to kids' actions.

Desk help called me in the middle of the night, waking me out of my sleep, stating I needed to pay for my room, when I had already took care of that at 1130ish the previous morning. Desk clerk refused to give me my truck driver discount or my military discount on my room. She charged me full rate.

The beds hurt, no hot water. Over chlorinated water made eyes burn and rashes begin. And they charged 200 not the 156 I was quoted.
