The facility states a no smoking policy, but while we were walking through the facility to locate the lobby, all you smelled was cigarettes.

Housekeepers barely spoke English didn’t understand what I was asking when I needed assistance finding the lobby.

The property was very clean and location was good. The lady that checked us in was fantastic, gave a lot of good information and was very friendly.

I wish the staff had let us know that they shuttle bus to take you to the Fort Museum. I don’t know if there was a staff shortage, but anything you needed such as replenishment of coffee or plastic utensils, it could not be brought to your room you had to go down to the desk and get it. Staff not as friendly on days two and three.

Overall we did not enjoy our stay.

The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. We booked and paid through the booking app and then when we came to check in, the booking was canceled. No phone call or anything to notify us about the cancelation. Made us pay for another night without refunding the canceled booking. Another thing, thin walls and we heard a couple arguing all night.

Close to the Henry Ford Museums.Hotel was clean, no traffic noise , breakfast was very good and served in an excellent dining area.Restaurant was excellent , service slightly slow but they were very busy.

It was the perfect location, close to the airport. The room was very large and the bed comfortable.

The staff, especially in the restaurant, were excellent. We enjoyed perusing the art display on the walls of the 1st floor hallway of antique cars. The indoor pool was very nice. The restaurant was a plus and the food was 1st rate.

Will definitely stay there next year for Lions training camp. So easy to get to the Meijer Performance Center.

The interior is beautiful!! The room doors, the restaurant, it all looks so nice. The rooms that have a nice cleanable floor, Loved it.

The back parking lot was gated. We got lost in the hotel after we checked out at the front desk and couldn’t find door B to go out, so we went out the front and walked around… and it was GATED shut. Ugh!! We had to walk back around to the front and walked all the way around the other side because there is NO signage (that we found) inside to door B.

The location was a good spot. It was not too far away from shopping centers or food places.

The breakfast that they served was not good. It was not a good variety, and the food was extremely cold. They did not come clean the rooms. The staff was OK, but for the amount of money that was paid I expected a better location and better breakfast options.

The pool, hot tub and sauna were very nice. Huge hot tub and handicap accessible like the pool which is great. Friendly staff. Nice coffee to go stand.

The breakfast was sub par. I rather I didn't pay extra for it and go elsewhere. Busy, not a lot of room to sit. Meh breakfast. The bed was firm and not comfy. Huge bathroom door to maneuver in small space.

If you don’t have a name brand bank you can’t use card I showed bank card and it was denied and no free breakfast . Water leaked from ceiling onto the floor the next morning we where there

The front desk person was very friendly.

The air was hard to control and it took over an hour for someone to come check on it for us. Water stains on the walls and dark stains on the carpet.

Staff were courteous, friendly & professional. The rooms are clean and organized. Self serve laundry and a clothes dryer are offered to guests.

The restaurant was horrible. The service was slow and they got my order wrong. There were ants in the elevator. Noise levels from the nearby highway prevented a good nights sleep.

When i made my reservation through booking.com there was no mention of the breakfast buffett costing $5. It was free the last time i stayed. Also, we ate at mugleys for supper fri night and was not satisfied. The baked potato tasted awful. Like it had garlic butter on it. The cod fish was not cooked in middle

Not what I expected

Ok first I book the hotel I think back in December for a show in March... it was not the room I thought. My original thought was I booked room with a spa bathtub...it was a stand up shower...also we thought the pool had a hot tub, which it did but it was under construction which we did not know nor did they tell us when we got there. The hotel is pink...and rather big. It is really nice and fancy otherwise it had different types of rooms. It made me think it was perfect for like a wedding where you had to fly a big family in from somewhere and they could all stay in the hotel. I would go back if the price was right and the hot tub was working. Also I thought I was getting breakfast cause I booked through Booking and they made me pay for breakfast...and it was just the continental breakfast you get free anyway..
