wasn't bad experience clean and ok but the staff and management need to be more professional and educated in hospitality . its not cheap hotel also rooms are very very old looks its not renovated since the 80s

I have stayed at this DoubleTree several time and EVERY time I have had trouble with the Air Conditioner. Didn't work at all, too noisy, this time it's the thermostat. I have to manually moved the temp down to get the AC to turn-on, and manually move the temp up to turn it off. When on, the thermostat reads 76 and I can make Ice Coffee in the room. When tbhe room temp is at 75 degrees and the thermostat setting is at 72 degrees, the AC does not come on. If I move the setting 1 degree to 71 degrees, the AC comes-on but now it will not shut-off. Another in a long list of AC problems.
