Very poor, late and confusing communication - would not book with this company again.

Good location. Above a shopping centre. 15 mins walk to the beach, old town and train station. Area felt safe even at midnight - lots of people still walking around.

Very very poor and confusing communication from the management company (called ‘Five Stars). No arrival instructions even 5 days before arrival. They didn’t respond to any emails I sent and no one answered the phone. Eventually c 3 days before arrival someone got in touch - it was very stressful as we didn’t feel confident the apartment was actually booked or how we gain access as we were arriving outside of their office hours. Throughout the process I received numerous emails and WhatsApp’s with different instructions from different people - very confusing. When leaving i was told we could leave the keys at the apartment only to have other communication saying we had to drop off at the office - which is a long way from the apartment. . Again very stressful. I would not book with this management company again. Be aware the apartment photos are not current so please check if you have specific expectations. It is a good size for a large family but for the high price the property needs maintenance and updating. Please be mindful of the high security deposit of £1000. Held by a company called ‘Swikly’.

The living space was open plan. Very sociable and good size for a family. All the rooms were a great size. The text service to contact them quickly.

That there was a broken vase, I let them know straight away because I was so worried about my deposit being taken. They were good and acknowledged this.

If you cannot fix the air-conditioner, don't post it to rent., Unfair deal.

Location is good. Easy access to all kind of transportation and spots around.

Air conditioning is biggest issue, we did not expect to have a hot apartment in hot summer. None of the air conditioner works well. The living room was big however, we cannot even stay in because too hot..we voice out this issue but I don't think this cannot be treated. Cleanliness and supplies also are the problem, there's no extra garbage bag for the big bin in kitchen? When I requested extra one, I was told to buy a new one on my own?? how would a traveler carry a garbage bag along the journey.. There's no paper towel in the kitchen as well.. how could this happen? Washer is good but there's no English Manual provided - the management should take care the foreigner who is English speaker do not understand French. Do not wait until we ask, do it before we request. You are in hospitability industry. With the price they charged us EU 2000.. it's not value for money.

Apparemment affreux, odeur désagréable, ascenseurs en panne, salle de bain moisie

Sa situation, Nice étoile est en plein de mon ancien quartier et au pied il y a les boutiques et supermarchés.

Salle de bain moisi du sol au plafond, les meubles abîmés, la télé qui marche une fois sur deux et le son inodible, cafetière cassé, odeur désagréable dans l’appartement. Et le pire les ascenseurs qui sont dans un état déplorable, leur de notre départ ceux ci étaient en panne.

L'emplacement est très bon, il est proche du métro, il y a un centre commercial juste là, c'est facile d'accès

La communication était un peu compliquée, ils prenaient du temps à répondre ou ne répondaient pas du tout. Il y avait une porte de salle de bain qui ne se fermait pas, la machine à laver était difficile à faire fonctionner

Appartamento funzionale, luminoso e purché inserito in un mega condominio posizione strategica con garage. L’appartamento arredato con mobili datati e di recupero , pulizia molto essenziale e superficiale , uno dei bagni presenta giganti ed evidenti macchie di muffa , armadio di una camera inutilizzabile con porta bloccata e calcinaccio interno scrostato dall’umidità . Un ripostiglio di fortuna ricavato su un terrazzo coperto e separato da un tenda di fortuna con un deposito di asciugamani e lenzuola sporchi in sacchi aperti. Comunque dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici essenziali e Con un po’ di attenzione alla pulizia e ad un rinfrescata ai muri potrebbe risultare più confortevole ed adeguato alla cifra richiesta.
