Perfect location

Our group of eight friends recently spent a fantastic week in Nice, and this spacious apartment was the perfect home base for our adventures. The property was generously sized, with ample bedroom space to comfortably accommodate all of us, and a bright, inviting living area that became our daily gathering spot for shared breakfasts and lively dinners. The location couldn’t have been better—just a 10-minute walk from Nice Ville train station and an equally short stroll to the sparkling Mediterranean coastline. This prime spot offered the best of both worlds: effortless access to day trips across the stunning South of France (we loved exploring Monaco and Cannes!) and the flexibility to unwind on the beach whenever we craved relaxation. Whether you’re eager to explore charming coastal towns, dive into Nice’s vibrant culture, or simply soak up the sun with a book in hand, this apartment is an ideal choice. Its blend of comfort, convenience, and social-friendly layout made our group trip unforgettable. We’d gladly return!

Spacious apartment to fit in a large group, although some areas were lacking

Spacious, multiple rooms to fit in a large group, aircond available to keep us cool during summer (although one aircond was not working), good location near train station for day trips out of Nice, nearby supermarkets available, communicative host

Only small towels were provided, dusty floors that need a good cleaning, one aircond not working in one of the bedrooms, certain items not well stocked (dishwasher, soap bottles were provided only half full, no garbage bags, toilet rolls inadequate for 10 people)

location was prime, near supermarket, train station, and bakery. Landlord provided a lot of towels for tenants.

Wifi wasn’t working throughout our stay (it stated that wifi bill hasn’t been paid). Toilet paper was provided with a very limited amount. place was clean but a but dusty, especially the couch

Not ideal for my family visit host un responsive at times.

Long away from the old town and beaches, restricted parking had major issues finding a car park, nearby train station full. Location in a less touristic part of town with all the grit you would expect to near the train station. Not suited to a family stay.

Lovely bright and large apartment but beds overall uncomfortable

location was excellent. Large flat, lots of large bedrooms

Unfortunently the matresses were very uncomfortable and there were flannel type bottom sheets but no top sheets. Nice dining table but no lounge.

Do not ask for early check in

The apartment is big. A little bit old and worn out but it is big, so it is ideal for big groups.

I have never been treated by a host like this. At first horrible manners, then simple ignored all my messages. We asked for an early check in which was granted, then made a scene because we used it, to the point we got yelled at and we had to leave the apartment and return at the real check in time. When we left, we contacted her for check out = ignored all my messages.

Fabulous

It was very spacious, plenty of room for 8 girls to eat around the table, get ready in 3 bathrooms and sleep. The beds were comfy. The single beds were a little like camp beds but we didn’t mind that. Cooking and fridge facilities were good.

The bedrooms aren’t very dark as there are no curtains just shutters. Other than that we had no issues with the property, it was very nice.
