Największym atutem jest na pewno lokalizacja. Blisko morza i promenady oraz przystanków komunikacji
Mieszkanie jest dość stare i zaniedbane, widać że jest mocno wyeksploatowane. Sprzęty wymagają wymiany, pościel też była stara i czarna/ciemna czego się nie robi w miejscach na wynajem

L'emplacement près de la mer, des restaurants et des commerces.
Pas de place dans le placard pour poser les vêtements qui ont dû rester dans la valise.

Квартира чистенька. Обладнана з любов'ю, з душею. Господар розмістив в квартирі багато цікавих антикварних дрібничок, що тішить відпочивальників. Гігієнічні засоби у ванній кімнаті та прибори і посуд в кухні є в достатньому об'ємі. Відпочити в квартирі було приємно. Дякую господарю.
