The apartment is in the middle of a very vibrant area with plenty of shops and restaurants. It was so convenient to everything.

Amazing location, downtown Nice in the carré d'or, close to lots of restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Spotless apartment, renovated, with all facilities, central air conditioning very quiet. Responsive host, fast responses to our inquiries.
Everything was awesome, but keep in mind the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator. However, even if we're seniors, we found the stairs to be not challenging and a relatively easy climb.
