The house is big and comfortable with all the furniture, appliances and rooms. It is designed and furnished in a good taste. I think it is very convenient for a long term stay. The location is the best side. Everywhere is in a few minutes walk distance. It was very central and a safe place.
The flat is upstairs of a Vietnamese restaurant and in the evening hours you cannot sit in the bedrooms because of the smell. There is the AC system but it is no use for the smell. There is no ventilation and if you open the windows it gets worse. Unfortunately our clothes and beds were all in spicy onion garlic kind of smell. The other drawback was the place was a bit dusty, maybe it was cleaned more days before our stay.

The two bedrooms was important for us as two couples. It also had a large open living area with tall French windows and tiny French style terraces , set in a nice area. Comfortable beds!
It was less well stocked than I’m used to. Only one pillow per person. On one of the beds the cover was barely wider than the top of the mattress. We thought extra pillows and salt and pepper were standard items. Minor issues, but you don’t want to have to stock a place yourself for a 4 day stay. The dryer did not dry. Like, at all.
