Welcome to our beautifully renovated apartment located in the prestigious Carré d'Or district ' Le Petit Saphir'. Start your mornings with breakfast and coffee on the balcony. Just steps away from the Promenade des Anglais, the beach, the pedestrian street, shopping, restaurants, bars, and the iconic Hotel Negresco. This stylish flat offers the perfect base for experiencing the best of the French Riviera with style.
THE APARTMENT:
This charming 3-room apartment (52 m²), located on the 3rd floor of a fully modernized building with an elevator, combines French elegance with high-end comfort. It is fully airconditioned!
LIVING ROOM:
The bright, inviting living room opens onto the kitchen and features a cozy sofa, a stylish armchair, a reading corner, and a large TV for your entertainment. The dining area includes a beautiful round table with seating for 4 guests.
KITCHEN:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. A beautiful round dining table comfortably seats 4 guests. The kitchen has no oven.
BEDROOMS:
The apartment features two bright and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes.
The master bedroom also includes a small private en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and vanity area and has also access to a small balcony.
BATHROOM:
The en-suite bathroom connected to the master bedroom features a shower, washbasin, toilet, and vanity area, while the spacious main bathroom offers a large walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, and heated towel rail.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The Carré d'Or (Golden Square) is one of Nice’s most elegant and sought-after neighborhoods. Located just behind the famous Promenade des Anglais, this stylish district is known for its Belle Époque architecture, high-end boutiques, chic cafés, and vibrant atmosphere. It’s the perfect area to stroll, shop, and soak in the glamour of the French Riviera — all within walking distance to the beach, Old Town, and iconic landmarks like the Hôtel Negresco.

- By confirming the reservation for this property, the tenant/ guest accepts our Terms & Conditions
- All of our properties are Non-Smoking. They are provided with linen and towels as booked and have a hairdryer, iron & ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) and basic start up pack including toilet paper, bin bags, dishtowels, sponge.
- Please note: We provide 1 beach towel per person. We only ask that you wash them in the available washing machine before you leave (detergent is provided by us).
- Please note that our check-in hours are from 4pm to 8pm. We will be happy to welcome you after 8:00 pm. However, please note that if you arrive at the apartment between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm, you will be charged a late arrival fee of 20€ , from 10:00 pm to midnight 30€ and from midnight to 1:00 am 50€. After 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100€.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Year’s period - 24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January (late fees included): 4pm – 8pm: 50€ ; 8pm – 10pm: 75€ ; 10pm – 12am: 100€ ; 12am – 1am: 150€ ; After 1am: 200€.
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.
The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.
- We also give you the opportunity to book little extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own convenience. You will find out more about our upsells in the Pre-Check-In message you will receive about 3 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Baby travel cot and high chair can be book through our Pre-Check-In form 3 weeks prior to your stay (one-time rental fee for baby cot: €20; one-time rental fee for high chair: €15 – each to be paid during Check-In). Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot. We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 (each).
