Overall a great location for our stay.
A little tricky to find since there are two locations with the same address, but it worked out fine.
Enjoyed the ability to open the doors at the balcony. Nice view of the ocean and seating area.
Will definitely be back.

Nice is such a fabulous “walking” city and the apartment is center to everything - the beach, old town, great markets, shopping…. Very sparse - bring your own towel!
