The living room opens onto the balcony with 2 bay windows, it is equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs, an OLED TV, free WIFI Internet.

A bedroom on the street side with a Queen Size bed (160cm), a private shower room with shower and basin. A wardrobe.

The property is as pictured! It was very clean and had all we needed. We traveled with 2 young adults and it was big enough for the 4 of us. The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere, you're only a few steps away from the beach which was beautiful. It does have an elevator but it is very small, however we were able to take up our luggage in 2 trips without a problem. I would absolutely stay here again when back in Nice!
