HOUSE OF CARDS is a unique apartment with 2 bedrooms rue Meyerbeer just a few seconds walk from the Promenade des Anglais.
The Scandinavian style decoration is warm and refined with some touches of originality related to the world of card games. It is an apartment in which you feel good that will allow you to enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends.
Its beautiful stone column in the living room offers a lot of character to this apartment and gives it a very atypical tone.
The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning and has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic.
The district is very lively, the street of France located a few meters has many traders and cafes.
You are very close to the pedestrian street just as attractive for its famous restaurants. Only a few seconds walk away is the Promenade des Anglais where you will find its beaches, the sea and its famous casinos.

LIVING ROOM :
The living room includes a comfortable sofa, desk, ottoman, flat screen TV and air conditioning.
It also has a dining table that seats 4 people for your meals.
KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster and a Nespresso coffee machine.
BEDROOM 1 and 2:
The 2 bedrooms consist of a comfortable double bed, large storage cupboards and air conditioning.
BATHROOM :
The bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower, a towel holder, a hairdryer and toilet.
In a cupboard of the entrance you will find the washing machine also making tumble dryer
There is a bus stop nearby, allowing you to easily get around Nice and its surroundings. The shuttle to the airport transfer is nearby.
The city offers many self-service bicycles (blue bicycles), allowing you to drive easily in the city center.
A station is 300 meters from your apartment.
The train station is a few minutes walk.
Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

Apartment is in a fantastic location for exploring Nice. Close to the beach & Promenade des Anglais, with lovely restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets. The supermarket across the road was very handy also.
A very clean, modern and well equipped apartment. The washing machine and dryer were great to have also.
A mirror in each bedroom would have been great!

The location.
You can improve on clearly communicating that there are multiple bars underneath the apartment that have noise well into the early morning. Also provide more towels/require changing them for stays longer that 3 days.

The property was very clean, it had all the required amenities and only a block away from the beach. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. We will defintely stay here again. The pillows need to be firmer but otherwise everythibg was good.

We stayed at the "House of Cards" for 6 nights, Wednesday through Monday.
The Pros:
- Checkin/checkout process was super easy
- Apartment was very clean and had all the amenities as advertised. Great instructions for the appliances! The bathroom was on the small side, but the shower was awesome!
- Nice and safe neighborhood close to the beach, with lots of restaurants and shops. We loved the coffee shop right across the street. Good coffee, juices, smoothies, baked goods, full breakfast.
The Cons:
- The pillows on the beds were crappy and offered no head support at all. The filling material just fell to the side.
- NOISE. There was of course traffic. But we expected that, so no problem with that. It usually died down after 8 pm. Plus, the windows were pretty sound proof. The really annoying noise was loud amplified live music from one of the restaurants that was part of the building. The music (especially the bass) reverberated throughout the entire building. We would have been ok with it, if they'd stopped at midnight. But no, the music went on full blast until 2 am. No chance going to sleep without ear plugs. Ironically, the rules for the apartment say that quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am. I guess that doesn't apply to the restaurants in the building.
If you're a night owl and like staying out late, the apartment is perfect. For us, the loud music until 2 am is a deal breaker.
