Air conditioning was on point. Really nice bright and quiet apartment just off main area.

Lift was smelly and slow also so small

Location was good and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Great blinds on each window to block out light at night.

There was no kettle and only one small toilet roll. We had to boil water in a saucepan and buy toilet roll. The cleaners were still in apartment when we arrived at 4.20pm. The bucket and mop were still there (outside) and there were dirty dishes/glasses in dishwasher. The lift was tiny and claustrophobic.

I unfortunately left behind a ring at the property that has significant sentimental value to me, although it has little to no monetary value. I clearly remembered where I had taken it off and placed it, and I informed the property of the exact location immediately after my departure. I was told that neither the cleaning staff nor the next guest had seen the ring. However, given that I am certain of where I left it, I find this explanation very difficult to understand. The ring should have been in the exact place I indicated. What was particularly disappointing was the impression that my concern was not taken very seriously and that there was little willingness to investigate the matter further. I fully understand that lost items cannot always be recovered, but I would have expected a more thorough investigation and a greater level of attention given the circumstances. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled left me feeling very disappointed.

Another point that I believe should be made much clearer in the property description is the bathroom and toilet arrangement. When a property is advertised as having two bathrooms, I would naturally expect both bathrooms to include a toilet, particularly when the property accommodates more than two guests. In this case, there were two bathrooms but only one toilet in total. This was not particularly convenient, especially for a group of four. I believe the listing should explicitly state that there are two bathrooms but only one toilet, as this is an important detail that can significantly affect guests’ expectations and overall comfort.
