Location was good and the apartment was clean and comfortable. Great blinds on each window to block out light at night.
There was no kettle and only one small toilet roll. We had to boil water in a saucepan and buy toilet roll.
The cleaners were still in apartment when we arrived at 4.20pm. The bucket and mop were still there (outside) and there were dirty dishes/glasses in dishwasher.
The lift was tiny and claustrophobic.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds, nice terrace. Perfect location for exploring Nice. Very friendly and quick service from hosts.
Nothing to dislike. But if you’re two couples, it might be useful to know that there’s two bathrooms, but only one toilet.
