位置非常方便，去海边和美食街很近。楼下面就有烤肉，越南米粉等，超市也不远。阁楼空间也算宽敞，赠送的胶囊咖啡等欢迎篮很贴心。出现问题时的处理也比较积极。
热水器容量一般，如果都是5个女生住，连着洗澡洗头的话，可能会没有热水，需要提前合理规划。我们连住5天，垃圾袋只有2个，需要自己在另外购买。

Excellent location to the city and for to and from the airport. Very good communication with the owners. Well equipped, plenty of hot water and very good wi-fi. Carrefour City a couple of minutes away, well stocked and bigger than it looks.
Visitors should note that one of the bedrooms is only accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase, not ideal for anyone with mobility issues or small children. The power sockets are only Type E that have an earth pin. The lift can be a little temperamental if the outer gate is not shut properly!
