Apartment was spacious and had great air con. Location was perfect, close to beach and 10 -15 minutes walk to train station. The apartment was equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition there was the added bonus of 2 bathrooms.

There was nowhere in the bedrooms to put clothes and there was only a small rail in the laundry cupboard to hang things. We therefore had to live out of suitcases on the floor. There was also insufficient cups, glasses, crockery for 4 people. 2 mugs, 2 glasses, which resulted in us having to take turns for drinks. The freezer compartment wouldn't shut properly so the fridge was often pooled with water as ice dropped from the freezer. This could easily be resolved by defrosting the freezer. The seating in the lounge could also be better. The sofa is comfortable but the two floor chairs are not suitable for adults.

We stayed for 6 days and property has no cupboards for clothes. It was a challenge due to this.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand der Altstadt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und ÖPNV sind fußläufig gut erreichbar. In der Straße gibt es einen Supermarkt, diverse Bäcker und Restaurants, allerdings ist deren Lüftung auch im Hof des Appartements, was beim Schlafen stören kann. Der Vermieter reagiert schnell und kümmert sich punktuell (!) um Probleme (bei uns war kein Warmwasser, weil die Putzfrau es ausgeschaltet hatte).

Die Sauberkeit! Der Geschirrspüler war überall (!) verschimmelt, so etwas habe ich noch nie gesehen. Wir haben Maschinenreiniger gekauft und das Programm zwei mal laufen lassen, leider ohne Erfolg. Als wir dem Vermieter wegen dem warmen Wasser geschrieben haben, habe ich auch das Schimmelproblem geschildert - das hat er komplett ignoriert, Fotos haben wir auch gemacht. Es riecht sehr unangenehm, das Geschirr in den Schränken ist dreckig. Die Bäder sind mit Sichtbeton modern gestaltet, allerdings läuft das Wasser nach dem Duschen teilweise bis in den Flur, wodurch Dusch- und Badböden braun sind und die Türzargen sich schon auflösen.
