The Newborough is located in the historical british area before the famous Promenade des Anglais was built. This luxurious 3 bedrooms apartment offers an entrance, a large living room with flatscreen, a dining area, a full equipped open kitchen a balcony. It offers two king size beds bedrooms, two shower rooms and a third bedroom is located on a first floor. The Newborough offers air conditioning and double glazing everywhere, wifi and modern interior design. All shops are down the building, the Grimaldi square is at 100m and the beach at 500m away. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice.

Loved the property, everything we needed was there. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities as we ate out every day but noted it is well equipped out if we had decided to cook. Location is ideal, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Check in was easy, no issues. Any other residents we met were friendly. Would certainly book again if available.

Property really good we had tried to pay in advance but were told we would pay on site when we arrive we tried 3 different cards all were declined when we were told to use bank across the road our cards worked with no pproblem

We were a group of five visiting Nice for the first time. The apartment was perfect for us with plenty of space and decent amenities and furnishings. We were comfortable and felt right at home.
The location is excellent. The Promenade and beach are a very short walk away. A very close grocery store made picking up supplies easy and convenient. Train station and Old Town are within walking distance.
Overall a great stay and a great apartment. We all enjoyed it very much!
Note: The room with an attached bathroom has two twin beds together, not a king/queen.

Listing is inaccurate— don’t get fooled like we did! There are 2 showers and 2 toilets in total, not 2 showers and 4 toilets as the listing depicts
The dryer wasn’t available during our stay. A previous review mentioned it wasn’t working so I’d expect the owner to get it fixed in the meantime but the property manager just told us it’s not working and there was a sign on machine saying this as well
Pros are the locations for sure. Just blocks away from the beach and public transportation stops/stations
