Decent accommodation

Very good location, close to the airport and to tram L2 (access to the city center). The Saint Augustin train station is 2 tram stops away, so you can catch a train in 15 min. There is also a Casino supermarket very close. Very silent AC unit, no problem to sleep with it on. The shower had hot water and very good water pressure. Unlike some other reviews, there was no problem with the 350 euro deposit. It was blocked on the card and released 7 days after check-out, as advertised. Overall a good experience, would stay again.

The check-in process is quite inconvenient. Despite the studio being close to the airport, you must first take tram L2 to the other side of the city to pick up the keys from the agency and make the payment and then come back. It was documented and known up-front, but that doesn't make it less inconvenient. Noisy from the nearby airport and the other rooms. We could hear conversations and music from the other rooms, as well as the washing machine in the common area. The shower cabin was very small and it had no supports for shower gel / shampoo. The windows had no insect screen. The pillows are very small and not comfortable. For longer stays, you have to buy toilet paper and cleaning products, as what is provided is not enough. Not the best looking neighborhood.

Abysmal

Had to travel from Nice Airport to the other side of Nice on a tram dragging my suitcase. Got off and walked up a steep hill for a good 15 minute walk. Keys in a lock box. Walked back down the hill. got the tram back.

Everything. No door on the toliet. TV had no channels. Sink had a wobbly tap. Dirty steps never been cleaned in a million years up to the front door. As you climb the steps you see a dead pidgeon on next doors roof that looks like its been there months on end.

Déçu !

Quelques commerces juste en bas de l'appartement et le tramway juste en face

-être face à l'aéroport et station de lavage c'était très bruyant -payer 27€/ par personne pour des frais de ménage alors que c'était très très sale c'est honteux de votre part. -la taille de la douche est ridicule -la machine à laver à partager avec tous l'étage avec tout les virus qui circule en ce moment je trouve ça dégueulasse. Et pour finir ne mettez pas vue sur la mer alors que pas du tout si c'est pour voir une vague et faut marcher au moins 10 min pour atteindre la plage
