Good environment and worth the price. The bed was very nice and bath was very convenient.

We didn't have enough toilet paper, the floor was cold. The bedroom was too loud because of the dust remover. The bathroom heater also didn't work.

Arrival & Access The apartment is easy to reach from the airport via tram or taxi, and you can walk in around 25 minutes if you prefer. Check-in was straightforward and the place was clean on arrival. Kitchen & Living Area Cooker, utensils and crockery just cover basics for two guests, so full self-catering might prove challenging. Living-room TV offers only a handful of French channels and isn’t a smart set, but we primarily used the flat as a simple base. Bathroom & Laundry The shower is powerful and the bath is generously sized. The water can get very hot, so take a moment to adjust the mixer tap carefully. Fresh towels and linens were laid out ready for our stay. Transport & Local Amenities The tram stop is a five-minute walk away and connects you to central Nice and the airport in minutes. We found the La Carte weekly pass (€20 plus €2 card fee per person) excellent value. Grocery shops (Intermarché, Carrefour) are also within easy walking distance.

Lighting & Security Access via a narrow rear alleyway can feel unsettling once it’s dark. There’s a security light at the door, but the alley itself remains poorly lit. Privacy & Ventilation The bedroom window sits at street/ground level, compromising both privacy and airflow. Bedding & Comfort The mattress was basic but sufficiently comfortable. Only two very soft pillows are provided, which may not suit guests who prefer a more elevated sleeping posture. A couple of firmer or memory-foam pillows to accommodate different preferences would improve this.

Dużo miejsca, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, schludne jasne wnętrze, szybki i łatwy kontakt z gospodarzem.

Niestety akurat była awaria klimatyzacji, więc było dosyć duszno. Podobno to wyjątkowa sytuacja, zdarza się.

Maison bien située et propre, séjour globalement correct. Néanmoins, la communication avec l’hôte était souvent froide et peu agréable, avec des réponses sèches lors des échanges.

Quelques désagréments pendant le séjour : bruits nocturnes, porte difficile à fermer et communication peu chaleureuse avec l’hôte.
