Magnifique appartement vacances proche de la mer

We had a great stay at this apartment. It is completely new, tastefully renovated, and very comfortable, with good space for a family of four. Everything was spotless, with fresh linen and towels, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a large bathroom, and a lovely terrace to relax in. The location is excellent: close to the beach, the airport within walking distance, and a metro station right in front. The main avenue also has markets and bakeries, which was very convenient. The host was very attentive, quick to reply, and gave us great beach recommendations. Highly recommended!

The only small detail is that the bedroom doesn’t have air conditioning, but there is a fan and it wasn’t really a problem. Having A/C like in the living room would just make it even more perfect.

Piękne mieszkanie. Położone niedaleko lotniska. Blisko jest przystanek tramwajowy, liniami L2 i L3 można dojechać do centrum Nicei za 1.7 eur w jedną stronę. Bilet ważny dłuższy czas i ma możliwość przesiadek. Blisko jest też bezpłatna plaża oraz kolejne plaże (wszystkie są kamieniste) wzdłuż promenady. Mieszkanie ma wszystko co potrzeba ludziom przylatującym: pralka+proszek; kosmetyki do kąpieli; suszarka i żelazko; wyposażona kuchnia; jeden duży taras i drugi mniejszy; dwa osobne pokoje; klimatyzacja i wyjścia na tarasy; WiFi i TV; dodatkowe kapsułki kawy oraz przyprawy; właściciel bardzo miły I pomocny; to on przekazuje klucze; odpowiada szybko na wszystkie pytania.Polecam.

The apartment was very clean and with all the furniture. Virgil was very helpful and explained everything for the apartment and what to visit.

Apartment was 10 minutes walking from the sea. The terrace was spacious and we enjoyed it every day.

Beautiful apartment. It was our pleasure staying there. 2 tram stops/10-15 min walk to the beach and 2 supermarkets.

It was hard to find parking for our car, but it could be temporary issue., because there were many parking spots blocked by guys repainting road lines..
