The apartment is lovely, the area and building is not.
The apartment was spacious, well equipped and the balcony was lovely
The lift is small and dirty. There was no dedicated parking as expected. The shower does not mount on the wall - you have to hold it. The area outside the building is a bit scary. The bedroom has only a window into the lounge.

Fantastic apartment Spotless clean modern large attention to detail in every room outstanding Lovely outside decking with absolutely brilliant sea view. The apartment was a relaxing haven We had a last minute flight cancellation I told host Immediately they made arrangements with the help of their family to get another apartment in the same building ready for us to stay in until our flight several days later the other apartment is just as beautiful sea views clean everything brand new we watched them open boxes and build beds etc . Location ideal for local restaurant shops and the beach. Also the tram system is very easy from the airport and into old nice. . Would highly recommend to stay in this property.

Sin duda, repetiremos si volvemos a Niza. El apartamento estaba nuevo, muy limpio y muy cómodo.
El edificio, nos avisaron porque está en construcción pero la planta donde se ubica el apartamento está perfecta.

Séjour vraiment très agréable
L'accueil des hôtes était parfait, ce sont des gens très gentils et à l'écoute des potentiels problème de circulation, c'est agréable et tellement rare de ne pas se retrouver en face d'une boite à clés!! l'appartement tient toutes ses promesses, les canapés convertibles valent de vrais lits!
