The bed was very very creaky which woke us up a couple times during the night when either of us moved

Perfect for a couple of days

Very clean and lovely gift touch. Brilliant washing facilities. Close to the tram stop. Excellent outdoor space with tables and areas to enjoy a nice coffee.

It’s a bit small. The access was a bit difficult due a big heavy metal gate. Be sure your arrival is during normal working hours as otherwise there is an extra fee.

Perfect

The communication with the owner was perfect. The apartment was new and well-equipped; there was everything you needed to stay. The apartment was a 15-minute walk from the beach, close to the supermarkets, and to the airport (possible to reach on foot - 20 min walk). Also it was close to the public transport, the train stop was 5 min walk. The owner was ready to help with all requests. * the was also a table tennis to play

J’étais à Nice pour des cours de formation continue

La propreté et l’hygiène

Le studio situé au rez de chaussée (ce n’est pas ça le souci) mais la porte d’entrée vitrée était sans rideau (bonjour l’intimité) pour moi, c’est inadmissible. A savoir que les deux volets étaient impossibles d’être bloqués. La fenêtre ne fermait pas complètement, et les volets ne pouvaient être qu’entrouverts. Quant à la télévision, elle ne servait qu’au décor, elle était inutilisable. Description mensongère. Le verrou du portail de la porte du jardin était tellement rouillé qu’il fallait s’y prendre à plusieurs reprises pour pouvoir l’ouvrir. Quant au propriétaire, il était « Aux abonnés absents » Je n’ai jamais pu le joindre. Il se fiche éperdument de ses locataires. À mon arrivée, j’ai dû composer plusieurs numéros de téléphone pour obtenir la clé. A savoir qu’il ne répondait pas non plus aux messages. Pour finir, on m’a envoyé la femme de ménage qui m’a enfin reçu d’une façon très sympathique.

Czysty - co dla nas ważne obiekt. Blisko przystanek tramwajowy. Miły i pomocny właściciel. Wszystko w naszym pokoju zgadzało się jak na zdjęciach. Lokalizacja jest pomiędzy lotniskiem, a najbliższą plażą.
