Good placing - everything is easy to reach: beach, tram station, shops, parks etc. Tram routes are the most suitable to either reach airport or railway station or to go sightseeing all along the Promenade des Anglais, Old Nice and other places. The place itself is cozy - room is relatively big, bed is comfortable and you can find all that you need - from storing space to spices and other small things for cooking. The common space and the terrace were great and nice to stay at during evening time. Washing machine and drying rack helped us immensely to keep our clothes clean and dry after long walks around town and to the beach. The shutters provided the necessary sense of security and privacy, providing also protection from sunrays and heat. AC was working properly, never failed. And what's important - the noises from the airport were barely audible, in spite of being extremely close to it!

It was a little hard to keep contact with the staff - we've received our checking-in instructions only after arrival to the city and contacting the property owner for several times. In spite of everything went well afterwards and we've been provided with an outstanding meet and greet session - which is a huge plus! - we've been a little anxious. Also, the fridge was overfreezing the food (we had to adjust the settings to the lowest freeze but it didn't help) and the espresso machine wasn't easy to use - but those are minor things which almost didn't affect our stay.

Amazing location, 1 min walk from the tram that takes you to the airport and to the city center. Close to several bus lines (4-5 min walk). However, it is still very quiet, so it is easy to have a good night’s rest. There are two gates you can lock and two doors (one of them is a shutter for more privacy), so I felt safe the whole time. The place is compact but has everything you might need. Kitchen, fridge, AC, TV, WiFi, washing machine and drying rack, hairdryer.

I liked everything about the property. Contact with the host could have been a bit smoother, I felt like sometimes it was hard to contact. However, everything went smoothly in the end.

Séjour de 6 nuits. Le studio était très propre, des rangements, canapé confortable. Tout prêt des lignes de tramway 2 et 3, on se rend facilement dans le centre historique et aussi à l'aéroport. Hôte parfait et très à l'écoute.

La serrure du grand portail est un peu capricieuse, il faut prendre le coup de main et ne pas s'énerver. Des fois s'ouvre du premier coup des fois il faut jouer avec la clé.
