Location was brilliant, with the tram to airport and city very close, and the beach within walking distance. The aircon was excellent (essential in the heat wave). The shower was great. The doubleglazing kept all noise away. Once inside it was completely comfortable. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed - Frankie was warm, helpful and very pleasant.
I went to the address given to find myself at an auto repair shop. This threw me off balance - but Freddie immediately approached me and all was ok, the studios were behind the shop. I suggest that guests are warned of this setup so they know what to expect. There is an industrial gate at the street end of the access lane which is closed and locked nights and weekends. The lock is very fiddley and frustrating- I think it should be replaced. I dont think the ground floor studios could genuinely be described as having a terrace, it was merely an access area.
