Les palmiers

Location was exceptionally good: directly next to a tram stop on the main L2/L3 route from the airport through to the port. Air con was lovely, and very much needed in the heatwave. Apartment was really well equiped - included literally everything including condiments, washing liquids, full kitchen utensils - including for the BBQ! - TV and fast WiFi. There was also an empty tram card for us to topup, which we did from the tram's phone app. Garden was lovely, with dedicated covered seating and BBQ and clothes airer. - It was just too hot to sit out most of the time. The hosts are a perfect team, and everything we asked for was met.

Ony one thing to improve: there wasn't enough space for us to store our food because there were too many plates, bowls, dishes, side plates, all for 6 people... this is a perfect base for 2 people, and with a dishwasher also included(!), it didn't need this many plates! Beaches: Nice's beachers are pebbles, large stones and shingle, and with a brutally steep angle. Italy's are better, as are Antibes, both easily accessible by the fantastic train service at St. Augustin/Grand Arenas terminal which is just two stops on the tram.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil et les commodités. La tranquillité du jardin dans lequel se trouvait des arbres fruitiers… et tout le nécessaire pour préparer et prendre nos repas dehors! La proximité de la plage et du tramway. Dany et Kathy Shawinigan, Québec
