The location was perfect as it was 5 minutes walk to the beach. Very close to the airport and other famous tourist locations.

Nice apartment, good to have own private space, cooking facilities, washing machine, etc. Close to the airport (3 tram stops). Better for shorter stays.
The apartment gets a lot of noise from the street and from planes landing nearby. Also be advised that the bed is converted from the couch, and note that guests are expected to bring all cleaning items with, including hand soap, dish soap, extra toilet paper, etc... There is no separate bedroom, and it is rather far from all the main attractions in Nice (5 km, time consuming trip on either the tram or bike ~30 min). Also take note of extra fees and deposit involved. See description.
