Stunning view with an exceptional villa

We loved everything here really! The view from the villa made us emotional! You have loads of different seating or chill options from where you can enjoy the stunning view! The villa was very tidy, the bed comfy, all luxuriously set up! Special thanks to the super kind staff! They were really friendly and always helpful!

For me the pool was a bit too cold, because the villas are facing west to see stunning sunsets, the pool doesn't get much sun. But after a hot day out in pulsing Ubud, it was clearly very refreshing!

Very Good !

The views from my villa were excellent, overlooking the green valley, river, and small rice fields right from the poolside. The villa itself was spacious, with a lovely and comfortable outdoor sitting area. The bathroom featured two sinks, a generously sized outdoor jacuzzi, and an outdoor shower, which added a unique touch. Breakfast was delicious and gave us the perfect start to our day. The staff were outstanding—very helpful and attentive, which made our stay feel truly comfortable. The bed was also very cozy and ensured a good night’s sleep.

Room service usually did the bare minimum when cleaning the villa. The elevator was out of service during our stay, so we had to climb many stairs each morning, which was quite inconvenient. On our last two nights, we also noticed a lot of bees inside the villa.

Happy to pick this resort as my choice for our honeymoon

The property was great as we had the private infinity pool. The location was unavailable especially from the pool side view. The staff is top tier always smiling and happy. Whenever we had a question or requested anything they would come within 5mins and help resolve the issue

The only downside I would say is the pool steps, tiles were missing and the light inside the pool didn’t work. Unfortunately my wife hit her leg on concrete and left a really bad mark which was painful

A great location with excellent service

We’ve got the biggest two bedroom villa. It was beautiful with a magnificent view and a big private pool. The hotel team was very helpful and service was very fast.

The hotel is a little tired and needs some renovation, particularly in the lobby area. Food was quite simple. Fruit portions for breakfast were small so we had to order extra

Very disappointing and old place with lots and lots of bugs and no AC NEVER STAY HERE

Would defo never stay again and is very misleading Firstly , paid extra for a premium room and was the furthest away down very steep stairs Secondly, the cleanliness of the room is very very poor Thirdly, half of the room is open and when is emerged in nature the amount of bugs on arrival was startling - huge ants everywhere all over the living area Ac unit system is very old and does not work well, the bedroom was very very warm and when you have living room open it never cools down The furniture is all very old and dated and can see the stains in the cushions… and bathroom don’t get me started about on Location is not great - is a 25 minute bike into the town (on a good day with little traffic) No shops nearby No cafes I asked them for a special request which they accepted But on arrival Thai request was not done at all Very very disappointed Never stay here

Exceptional views

The view was amazing. The staff were very attentive and kind. They always had a smile on their face and that made your day. The resort is 20 mins away from the centre.

The breakfast could use an upgrade but it was fine to start the day with. You do have to keep in mind that they only have 3 villas on the ground floor and the rest of them are accessible by going down stairs. We requested to get one on the ground floor.

Luxury living above the jungle

We have the top level two bedroom villa. It was beautiful. Awesome views lovely pool great outdoor hot tub and regular tub. Outdoor showers. Lovely to hear all the sounds of the jungle and river below. A quiet property. Very attentive, staff comfortable beds, great decor, and awesome service from the restaurant within the hotel, which can serve you in the restaurant in your dining room room or even in your pool. Everything was wonderful and having a luxury home in the middle of nature would 100% stay again Bali has a hole has a lot of traffic, but this location was very good in getting to all of the sites that you would want to see in the Ubud area

We stayed in the 1-Bedroom King Villa at Ayuterra Resort and had an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless, peaceful, and luxurious. The villa itself was stunning – private, spacious, and perched above the treetops with breathtaking views of the jungle and river below. The floating breakfast was a real highlight – a beautiful and indulgent start to each day. In-room massages were deeply relaxing and professionally done, and the nightly turndown service was a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly looked after. The customer service throughout our stay was exceptional – warm, attentive, and always a step ahead. What we loved most was the total sense of privacy and how immediately comfortable we felt. Ayuterra manages to strike the perfect balance between luxury and intimacy. We left feeling rested, recharged, and already dreaming about coming back.

Just a heads-up: the resort has quite a few stairs, so it’s best suited for guests who are comfortable navigating multiple steps to reach their villa.

Everything was Great! Worth a visit

Food was delicious and generous. Staff was always there to help and follow up with anything we needed. Prices were very good for room service. I liked that we could pick so many options for breakfast And I loved that they could serve it on a basket on the pool. Jacuzzi was amazing.

I didn’t like that there was no option to close the living room off from the terrace. Sometimes there were bugs that would fly in and we’d have to jump into the bedroom. But this was rare. Also Im sure you could call the staff to help out with these issues.

Peaceful bliss

We spent the most amazing 10 nights at Ayuterra Resort, and I have nothing but the best memories from this trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome, and the Royal villa we stayed in was absolutely stunning. We spent some time out adventuring in Ubud, but also a lot of time unwinding and relaxing in the villa and enjoying the beautiful private pool and comfy sun lounges. The views are simply spectacular, photos don't do it justice. The resort staff were nothing short of amazing. They did everything they could to make sure you were comfortable and well looked after. The daily breakfasts were delicious and being able to enjoy them floating in the pool was an added bonus. The room was cleaned daily for us whilst we were out exploring, and water replenished etc. I was hoping to stay somewhere private, quiet and romantic, and Ayuterra delivered this spectacularly. We felt like the only people staying in this serene resort for the whole time we were there and really only knew there were other guests when we passed by them in the resort lobby. There are some really tasty dishes on the resort restaurant menu, and some great local warungs a short walk from the resort. There is also a pharmacy a minutes walk down the road, and Ubud centre is only a short car/scooter ride away. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more. We had an exceptional experience and we will definitely be back to enjoy this blissful place again. Thank you Ayuterra staff for making this holiday one to remember.!

Excellent View

I stayed in the Royal Pool Villa and it had a spectacular view of the nature. The pool was great size and it offers very high privacy. For breakfast, they offered us option of in-villa breakfast or in the restaurant with option to have it a floating breakfast with no extra charge. The breakfast is a set menu of three options which was limited options but good. The villa had two floors were the living room is open to nature with the pool. The bedroom is in the upper floor. TV has Netflix. There was even a jacuzzi next to the pool. The hotel's location is about 14 minutes drive from Ubud center and used "Grab" app for transportation around Ubud and to/from the hotel which was excellent.

The pillows were hard but we asked them and they provide softer once. As the living room is "open" to nature, you might encounter some insects such as mosquitoes, ants, forgs...etc. However, it's was ok with us as that's part of being in the nature.

The Helpful staff, The Beautiful Property. The Facilities available I.e. the Pool, Jacuzzi and the Views from the Tub. Though there was a little issue with the electricity only in our room. but the Staff went out of the way to make our stay Comfortable and amazing. Honestly I will recommend this for the Couples to come n stay here. The Hospitality of the Staff won my heart, especially the staff Called Ade. The Property owner is lucky to have him as a staff member. A beautiful n beautiful Stay here. I will definitely come back here.

Exceptional

The staff at Ayuterra went above and beyond to ensure our stay in ubud was extra special. We were greeted with a warm welcome each day. Our room was perfect, spacious, lovely views, comfy bed. Breakfast was delivered each morning to our room which we could choose and personalise the day before, there was even the option to have breakfast in the pool which was a treat! Thank you Ayuterra for making a special, memorable stay.

The gym equipment was a little rusty, and not the easiest dumbbells to use. Ideal space for one person, was a little cramped for two. Nonetheless, your workout is what you make of it - and the phenomenal views more than made up for it!
