Location was good.
The rooms were and pools were not so well maintained . The food was very ordinary

Stunning location and the hotel itself in beautiful grounds..great attention to detail in terms of facilities, ambience and peaceful communal areas. It feels like you have the place to yourself most of the time.
Breakfast is fabulous and we ate in the restaurant several times - really good food. Morning yoga in a beautiful spot with the sun rising was a highlight!. The complementary hotel shuttle into Ubud is really helpful and allows you to eat out with ease. Spa fantastic!The staff are exceptional, always friendly and helpful and really do make the whole experience feel special. Would highly recommend !

The staff were really attentive and the rooms are very private and spacious. The food was amazing. The guided tour I had was really incredible and my tour guide was lovely.
The main pool was under construction and we weren’t informed about this until after we arrived. This affected the main restaurant also so there wasn’t really any kind of bar.
