The staff were really helpful. Big rooms

The facilities were not clean, mold on the chairs and toilets weren't cleaned properly. Felt filthy. Need some work on that.

Overall was good value for what we paid. Staff are just fantastic.

Lovely staff, nice setting.

Not the cleanest rooms. Several issues with our original rooms but we were able to upgrade to nicer rooms. Food wasn't the best. The deluxe and superior rooms were not very good.

Ac in the room didn't work, wifi connectivity pathetic, intercom was not functioning properly. Overall very bad experience 😕

Nice set up but they could have done better for hot water facility.

Nice landscaping

RooM 117 bathroom stinky and mouldy. Hot water runs out for shower forget bath tub filling. Bath tub concept is for shoe only no hot water for that tiny boiler system. Had to go to other room for hot shower.

Unfortunately the gym and spa were closed but it is understandable as they have only recently reopened so are getting everything else back up to speed.

Very good

I have the best room with Sunrise view for my 1-week stay!! The view is gorgeous. The room is clean and has bath up to relax. The staffs are also nice and helpful. A good place to stay outside Ubud centre if you seek for silence and the view :)

The internet was down when I arrived, and the connection was not stable for online meeting within the first few days. Not all the facilities are up yet since the hotel has just reopened, like gym centre and spa. Some more rooms are still being renovated.

Location was not near anything, and 50 meters from the road no external dinning options, food was awful teaturNt service was slow. No bar , shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold when left alone
