They never return your deposit, they make sure to look for reason not. for all my stayed there they never sent any clean

The heating system is very bad and when I complained nothing was done. The worse place ever. will never use their property again
Not clean at all. the sheets and floor are not clean. the kitchen sink had stayed oil in it.

We managed.
The interior was nicely designed.
Could not get dishwasher to work. No hot water on first morning. Bedroom door handle came off. Communal areas were soiled and had an odour. Last minute changes to the apartment location, even though another apartment had been confirmed. I found this very distressing and started looking for alternative accommodation as soon as I arrived.

HUGE APARTMENT! :)
We stayed for a week and this apartment is in the most perfect location. very close to Birmingham central. it was an easy check in process and the flat came very clean! they gave enough towels for my family and also assisted us with late check out! thank you again!

Saw the great and inviting adverts.
On arrival, lifts were not working. The stress was too much. Water heating system was terrible etc.

perfect stay with the family! the apartment was in immaculate condition when we got in. very spacious with two large bathrooms. the kids loved it. host was very communicative and kept us happy!
