We managed to The parking was too far from the van which made unpacking our things very difficult

The van was good comfortable and a lovely view

The mention of steps no parking near the van the key box was too low no linen , no photo to see the situation of the van, we hire a van on a regular basis, and being elderly these things are important.

Lovely views in a stunning location

Fabulous location with stunning views, really easy to find upon entering the park. Cozy caravan with everything you need such as washing up liquid, anti bac cleaner, loo roll, pots/pans etc Bed was comfy (only used the double) and we enjoyed our stay, we would definitely recommend.

Having to bring your own linen was a down side - especially considering the price charged per night. Many others we stay at include this. Also, having to park and unload right up past reception was a hindrance. Having no mobile signal, had a wander to the bar and managed to get WiFi (worked for basics but no good for streaming etc) As there was no “instruction” book to speak of we just found out for ourselves.

Great location and facilities for exploring Barmouth, highly recommended.

Great views and facilities at the property. Easy check-in with clear instructions provided before arrival and helpful host to answer questions. Great location for exploring Barmouth and wider area. On-site restaurant was very good.

Some minor cleaning issues like old tissue under one of the beds. Caravan was a bit small when moving around between rooms, but not a problem.

Not happy

We booked to stay here for two nights, the 1st night my daughter had a shower and after the shower couldn't turn off the cold tap, hubby tried but it was really stuck, he said he could force it but didn't want to damage it, we called the owner Julie, left voicemails, left messages no reply, spent the whole night with the shower running, very disturbed sleep what little we could get, mopping up the water, next morning Julie rang apologised, went out drinking all night and turned her phone off, that's entirely up to her, said she would get someone over and sort out a refund, maintenance man came and sorted it, we arrived home and I message Julie who then said it was our fault and to get in touch with booking.com for compensation, nice lady, yes we could have false the tap to shut but if it had then broken in our hands then it would have been our fault, lesson learnt, totally ruined our stay

Would be nice to have mention that the caravan is up a steep hill, and has very steep steps to get up, totally not suitable for anybody with mobility problems, and you cannot park your car outside caravan but in a car park

Great location - caravan was disappointing

Location is great - pool and restaurant on site are excellent

Caravan is only 10’ wide which makes it very cramped for a family of 4. This was not detailed on description. Beds were exceptionally uncomfortable. The lack of any toilet roll in the van on arrival was disappointing - fortunately was able to buy a roll from reception.

Breathtaking view

Amaising place and view! Compact but all you need is in place. Bed linens of very good quality. The host answers your messages very quickly.

Very poor wifi. No allocated parking slot near by - some caravans have it, but our - doesn't, so you need to bring your staff and suitcases from the public parking. Cleaning lady came 15 min before check-out and stand by our windows - it was annoying.

Beautiful site

Beautiful place very relaxing. bar and restaurant swimming pool on site... Fantastic views across the sea ...patio area on caravan was fab. Host responded quickly to questions. Would definitely return.

Caravan was a bit on the small side and a bit cluttered dining table takes up to much space in living area and hoover stored next to fireplace was odd.it was overall clean did find some empty pop bottles under bed and a used cup in cupboard

Lovely place

The site is literally a few mins in car from Barmouth centre, or you can walk. There is a beach a few mins away but not really safe to walk with small children, but within 15 mins drive you have the choice of 4 beaches, most dog freindly. Cafes and shops either direction within 10 mins drive. You can purchase essentials from reception but no shop as such. Views are stunning. Staff freindly. Heated pool on site very nice. No.booking needed..just jump straight in. Dog walk area for toilet business and the caravan has enclosed garden. Lovely stay. Thank you

Beautiful location with stunning views. Lovely staff, great bar & food. Property was stunning. Very comfortable & amazing location on the site. Perfect size for 4 of us to be comfortable all week. Great appliances & a lovely welcome basket from the hosts. Will book again

As stunning as it says

The caravan was in a perfect location, both in relation to Barmouth and the site facilities. Easy to find, easy to park & stunning location. The view was incredible & the van was spotless. Not a spec of dirt/dust in sight. Well equipped kitchen, patio furniture & cleaning supplies. Kept well informed by Julie the host. Simple check-in instructions. Nice little welcome gift on arrival. Some Welsh cakes, sweets, water & crisps. Binoculars for dolphin spotting & a hot chocolate velvetiser, which made the best hot chocolate. Nice hot water on demand & very cold tap water, which was nice to drink. The pool area was lovely & heated to the perfect temperature. Clean duvet & pillows on all the beds. Felt like home when I added our bed linen. Cute little unique caravan site that is a little more upmarket than where I went as a child in Rhyl 😂

Van was perfect. The only thing missing (this is an issue with the site, not the host) is somewhere to get changed after using the pool if you decide to stay on site to use the facilities after checking out. Also, I would just like to mention here that the site is on a steep hill & access to all the vans & pool is via a number of very steep steps. Not an issue for us at all, but could be problematic for anyone booking who is not aware of the lack of accessibility.

I've stay In hotel and other accommodation for over 25 years when working. I stayed in 5 star Hotel and very basic rooms. This is the first time there was no toilet paper. The bed was to be supplied in the advert we were asked to take our own. The steps on the property need a health warning.

Beautiful caravan! Great hosts!

Location!! Amazing!! we are regular visitors of Barmouth and only just found this little gem a week ago for the Barmouth firework display. The site is HUGE and the way all of the vans are laid out so everyone gets a view of the bay is lovely. The van is cute and cosy really pretty decor and got everything you need, even has its own little garden with chairs and table for in the warmer days. The site has a restaurant and bar which was really nice too! Really recommend the fish and chips 🤩 The restaurant host was a pleasure to talk to really funny and made our night. Julie and Paul the hosts/owners of the caravan were absolutely lovely and really helpful throughout the booking, provided us with the information we needed and we’re happy to help if we had any questions (we needed the wifi password as the signal isn’t the best being that high up near the sea). Definitely cannot wait to come back, we will be making this our regular trip when we are able!
