Failed to honour our booking

Staff were fairly polite.

The room we had booked was not availible. We were not told this at check in and were instead asked if we wanted a smoking room or not. Since I smoke and had booked the room because it had a balcony, I said I would like a smoking room. After some delay, we were shown to a room. We soon discovered that the room was inferior to the one we had booked, and further more the balcony was covered in fresh pigeon pooh. We asked what was going on. At this point, the staff said the room we had booked had a problem with the WC and so could not be used and all of the other equivalent rooms were occupied. They did offer us a free dinner but it didn't really compensate for the less desirable (and rather grubby) room. At this point we felt we had been decieved and decided to leave and find another hotel. The staff then began to beseech us to look at alternative rooms, but as far as we were concerned the damage had been done.

The exterior is grand looking. The rest are sub par.

Hotel is near the airport.

They only provided 2 bath towels. There was no hand towel or bath mat. The non slip mat in the bath tub had scum. The kettle was very dirty.

I have stayed here for one night my stay was very comfortable from the main porch till the room everything was top notch front office steam has co-operated well conveyed my messages to the concerned departments given me upgraded room, room was clean, spacious food was tasty I would love to come again thank you

POOR SHOW

The gym was dirty and there was a layer of dust on all equipment’s! Noticed the tread mill giving wrong readings and above all dead cockroaches on the gym floor! The facilities were poor and inadequate! No towels no water and very poor facilities

Very poor facilities in the room! No racks for the luggage and leaking taps! Hot water took ages to flow out

The lobby was nice

This is a tired property. Also the service was poor and the place only felt half open it was difficult to get anyone to serve you anything. The gym was also closed and there was a dead pigeon by the pool.
