Amazing hotel with amazing people

The Lalit was lovely. It exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The staff was so accommodating and went out of their way to make sure we were cared for and that our time at the hotel was as enjoyable as possible. There were many restaurants to choose from with excellent food and the center courtyard was beautiful

The shuttle was a little unreasonable in price and the website could be clearer about which amenities are complimentary and which are not as the website was somewhat hard to navigate

Beautiful property, very clean, spacious suites. There were Multiple bathrooms and dining table for eating.

The temperature control was all over the place. We had very little control over the room temperature and it took many hours just to heat up 1 degree.

Avoid at all costs

Location is close to airport. They were generous to offer an early check-in, without any charge Laundry service was quick, the person was very polite and courteous.

When I checked into my room, I was shocked to see there was a used hand-towel left on a shelf near the wash basin, and another used bath towel on the floor near the shower. A used soap on the soap dish, literally stuck to it. The floor itself was not cleaned, had hair and dirt all over. The fridge was not working. I wanted to store an extra can of coke I purchased through room service. I thought it may not be switched on, so I pulled the cabinet that housed the fridge to access the back, and saw all sorts of dirt, cobwebs and even garbage.. probably from years ago. The wiring too was home-made and could easily cause a short-circuit. To say the food was terrible and of poor quality is an understatement. Everything I ordered was pathetic. Scrambled eggs: poorly done Haka noodles: Any street vendor could have done better. Oily, terrible ingredients, worse than instant noodles Sweet Corn Soup: Salt water with some sweet-corn thrown in Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. I dared not check the mattress or what was underneath, for fear of what I would find. I just pity the people who had stayed there from foreign countries, they would have felt this is how all 5 Star hotels are in India. A pity. BTW, my room was 761

Experienced Lalit Brand at its Best.

Booked 3 rooms 2 Nights 6 Adults (family) incl 80+couple - Amazing Property.. experienced true Five Star hospitality. Well Groomed and Responsive Staff. Very accomodative. Had a medical situation with my 85 yr Family member. The Staff responded soo soo well with first aid.. continuous follow ups .. managed emotional turmoil superbly. Thanks Priyanka, Ajay and Saurav.. plus the first aid team.

Lalit Jaipur has good ambience with amazing vibes. The baradari is amazing to take photos and to hang out in the evening The swimming pool was temperature controlled and the changing area is outstanding. Staff is nice and courteous.

The Lalit Jaipur looks amazing from outside, but hotel rooms doesn't resonate with brand. Room interior is not in a good condition. Hotel management should look into this, and I think property is old and needs renovation. Hotel corridors had flaky paint on the 5th floor and so in the rooms. Breakfast needs improvement.

Very poor management and service.

Almost every other thing. There is absolutely no management of your bags when you reach the hotel. They misplaced our 3 bags and then started asking us how the bag looked but they found those. Wasted our 20 mins. The key didn't work when we reached our room and the issue is it happened with other people as well and we had to wait for another 10 mins. There was no welcome drink. Food: Breakfast buffet is OK. Dosa, masala omelette are good, other items like paranthe, aloo poori were poor. Items were not filled in time and dessert items were poor quality. In room dining food charges are abnormal, they are charging 1400+ for one Paneer dish and 1700+ for chicken /mutton curry. Room service: I mentioned that wifi wasn't working, no one came to handle it. We asked for water but no one came to give it. You go to a 5 star hotel for service which is absent here. I know you would feel after reading this review that it will be a one off but you'll face it when you reach there.

I had an excellent stay at The Lalit Jaipur. The staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. A special mention to Mr. Jagrut Mehta and his team at the front desk they were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my visit. The food was delicious, the cleanliness was topnotch, and the property is very well maintained. Overall, a perfect 10 out of 10 experience!

The Lalit Jaipur was a great and gorgeous hotel and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.The hotel is huge with immense facilities like gym, swimming, spa and various restaurants on site. I cannot commend enough the staff from the front office team, house keeping team and the kitchen team. Breakfast had great and succulent options daily. The hospitality and friendliness from the hotel staff made our stay comfortable, enjoyable and exceeded our expectations. Both my kids loved it and want to visit soon. I would personally like to thank Jagrut from front office for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism who ensured that our stay was as smooth as possible and he made sure that our children were looked after very well. Jagrut went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you to the chef for recommending various delicacies. Also thank you to Ankit and Summit from the lounge for their utmost great service. Special thanks to Mr Ajay and Mr Rishab We will surely be back. The Lalit Jaipur ticked all the boxes for me and my family and it was pure joy being there with great vibes.

Amazing, relaxing stay - The food and hospitality is always class apart!

Breakfast was a bit crowded and waiting time was more than 15 mins Some arrangement should be done to serve in other dining area if the hotel is so full.

Just one thing - if a family is booked more than 4 rooms on a floor Other guests should be given room a little distant as they keep opening closing doors and children running through the corridors at night - past 12 am.... becomes a little irritating Neither you want to complain or tell the guests to keep it down.
